Westside - Hughes Road, Mumbai

The big plus point is that it has some car parking space. But, not half as pleasant as the one in the Army Navy Building at Fort. The floor space is smaller and the ambiance as the friendly customer service approach missing. The trial rooms are considerably mismanaged. Long ques for trial and I'm sure disguised missed opportunities from customers who didn't think it worth their money to wait in these long queues. 🤷🏻 The floor manager also seemed to find it difficult to manage so many issues together. A customer pointed out a tiny lizard on one of the dresses which he brushed aside refusing to acknowledge it's presence till another customer requested him to jerk the dress and asked him to acknowledge when it fell off. A sensible, emotionally intelligent person would have immediately apologized to any customer instead of just walking away as if to say " I'm too busy for any of this drama". Unfortunate! But that's our experience. 🙏🏻

Decent Shopping Experience with a Cozy Cafe A comfortable place to shop for decent clothing. While the selection isn’t very extensive, the pricing is quite reasonable. Parking is limited, and getting to the basement parking can be a bit tricky—especially for larger cars—as the ramp is quite narrow and tight. The highlight, however, is their small in-house café, Qmin. A great spot catch a small bite and coffee after shopping!

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the clothes I bought from Westside Store in Hughes road, Mumbai. I always wash new clothes before wearing them. However, when I soaked these clothes in water for the first wash, they released a disgusting smell similar to oil and kerosene. The odor was extremely strong and unpleasant, which raises serious concerns about the fabric quality and the chemicals used.

Had purchased pair of Jeans on Friday 26th December 2025.Immediately gave the Jeans for alteration at store. Since then have made 3 trips to collect the Jeans but store is shockingly unable to trace the Jeans and return to me. On 3rd visit after purchase even met store manager Mr Vishal who assured me to locate the Jeans and return to me. It’s now 8 days since purchase was done & Westside is still unable to locate the Jeans given for alteration and give me. Absolutely pathetic and unexpected from a Tata group entity !!

Extremely disappointing experience. I visited the Westside store and faced one of the worst customer service experiences ever. The staff member Dilshad was extremely rude, disrespectful, and had no basic manners to talk to customers. Instead of helping, the staff openly judged customers based on appearance and whether they would buy something or not. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable for a brand like Westside. I will never visit this store again and do not recommend it to anyone. 🙏

I want to thanks and praise ...Mhd Junaid staff of westside Hughes road for the amazing empathy he has dispalyed today ..I was going to office and had an accident..My dress tore in the process ..I rushed to this store and requested Junaid if he can open the store at 9 am ..to help me ..He was so courteous..immediately called his senior and let me in ..helped me woth options ..i cld save my day at office too ...Thanks soo much ...

Westside on Hughes road is a store that has a variety of options for people to shop for. It has a beautiful collection of clothes, accessories,shoes, perfumes, bags and a lot more. The store also has a cafe inside it so if you aren't fan of shopping but want to accompany your plus one you can always come to this store and you can have something to eat while they are shopping.

The best time to shop at westside is when the sale is On. The kind of discounts they offer u dont mind waiting for an hour in the queue for payments. What i love about the Grant Road outlet is the Cafe. (The brownies are to die for) The staff are tip toed and are super efficient To shop at westside - do gallop

I visited to buy a few clothes for an emergency, the staff were courteous and kind, and the collection was beautiful and comfortable for daily wears ❤️

I would suggest only to visit this outlet if you have time with you. The billing counters are empty which shouldn't be. The store manager wouldn't have any answer for it as well.

The store is well organized. The quality of cotton clothes is excellent. You can get dropped off at the entrance or park your car in the basement. The store was not very crowded.

My favourite since my childhood. my Mood buster. Whenever feel like meeting friends or any business meet I arrange the meet here at cafe . Might be I m the one who buy all my wordrobe of 60% from here only.

Sizes never their. Ac not working . Billing very slow. Accessories bags not there.

Good collection, but staff is not great, they are clueless and unfriendly

Very rude security guard lady (sangeeta) yelling on us. Then, the staff don't know how to pack glass items. Isn't that common sense? Never going to visit this store again.

It's nice but now for membership they have started changing which was free till date

Today i visited Westside with my sister and Sis-in-law to shop for my wife and daughter. Our sales Person Akshada was just wonderful. The level of service provided by Akshada was amazing and we left the store with a big smile on our face. Our checkout process was also smooth and Shradha did an amazing job. Hats off to Westside and their staff for really taking care of their customers. My only complain was that I could not find kurtas for me :(. I was told that new stock will be coming in a week or two. My wife and daughter are going to be super happy with our shopping: The cafe was also decent to take a break and grab some coffee and snacks. Checkout Westside and you will not be disappointed.
