I recently visited Westside, and overall, it was a pleasant and satisfying experience. Here's my honest take: 🛍️ Store Layout & Ambience: Westside stores are always well-organized, clean, and visually appealing. The layout makes it easy to browse through different sections like men’s, women’s, kids’, home décor, and beauty. The lighting and display make everything look premium. 👗 Fashion & Variety: Their in-house brands like Utsa, StudioWest, Nuon, and ETA offer a great mix of traditional and contemporary fashion. Whether you're looking for ethnic wear, casual outfits, or office-ready looks, there’s something for everyone. The size availability is also quite good, especially in women’s wear. They cater to all age groups, which is a big plus. 💸 Pricing: Prices are reasonable for the quality you get. Not too cheap, but definitely not overpriced. You’re paying for design, comfort, and durability. They also run good seasonal discounts. 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Staff & Service: The staff is usually polite and helpful. They don’t hover, but if you need assistance, someone is always nearby. Billing was quick and efficient. Trial rooms were clean and well-maintained. 🏠 Home & Beauty Sections: The home décor section is a hidden gem—great options for bedsheets, towels, and decorative pieces. The StudioWest beauty products are surprisingly good—affordable and good quality perfumes, skincare, and makeup. ✅ Pros: Stylish, affordable clothing Great in-store ambience Helpful staff Unique in-house brands Quality home décor and beauty products ❌ Cons: Limited availability of some sizes in popular designs Not all stores carry the full collection Fitting rooms may be busy on weekends ⭐ Final Verdict: Westside is one of the few Indian retail chains that consistently delivers style, quality, and value. It's perfect for those who want fashionable, ready-to-wear outfits without burning a hole in their pocket. I’d definitely recommend checking it out—whether for a quick fashion update or a thoughtful gift.

Products are good but the staffs will try to sell you westside’s membership and they won’t tell you about the conditions they say you’ll get flat 20% off on your birthday regardless of any amount of shopping but in reality you’ll only get 20% off when the total bill is more than 8,000₹. Be aware of them and do not buy their membership without reading whole terms and conditions

Best place to find men's, women's and kids clothes. Here, I will go to buy so many formal dresses that are formal shirts and formal pants. My dresses are very good quality and I like it most and I feel very comfortable wearing it. Westside is also a tata brand and you can buy it online from their website.

They provide a premium clothing experience at a minimum pricing and their sale is mind blowing, which occur every year at August.

Nice collection of clothes with reasonable price ,I prefer you to visit once , you will get good casual & formal wear at the store👍 Shoes, sliders, coffee mug and other accessories are also available 💯 I am buying from Westside from past 2-3 years ,you will get birthday month additional discount of 20% on membership.

Single billing counter is operational across 3 floors. Had to stand half an hour in queue. Kiran from the billing team made this happen.

Very good quality clothes with reasonable price. The staff is really polite and cooperative. The music is really great! It really shifts the atmosphere when you are out shopping.

कुछ वर्ष पहले पंडीर के मुख्य मार्ग में यह शोरूम खुला हैं । पहले ये मैगनेटो माल के ग्राउंड फ्लोर में था । मूल्य और समान की तुलना की जाये तो बहुत किफायती कपड़े उपलब्ध हैं । बच्चों, महिला, पुरुष सभी वर्गों के लिए कपड़ा उपलब्ध हैं । शांत पूर्ण माहौल स्टाफ भी अच्छे है ।

Very disappointing experience. The staff in the fitting room were extremely rude. I was told twice that I was “taking too much time,” even though all the fitting rooms were completely free. Their tone was harsh and unnecessary, which made me feel uncomfortable. As a customer, I expect respect ,not to be rushed when no one else is even waiting. Management really needs to train the staff on how to treat people politely.(Outlet -Pandri)(Ground floor)

Best and my favourite for clothes, the quality and finish are of top notch. Now their clothes are meeting the trend as well so all generations of audiance can shop here.

It's a good store for mid range clothes on Main road, Pandri. I felt the quality for the higher range of winter clothes was just according to the price of Rs. 1499 around, not very good quality but just according to the price point which maybe good or maybe bad for some people. I can recommend Westside though. I personally felt the quality of regular clothes like T-shirts, Shirts etc. are better than the clothes of Reliance Trends wherein the price range of both the stores are similar. Westside also offers a range of Home Decor items which are very expensive. I didn't explore them at all.

The experience is just great I have bought clothes from here many times the staff behaviour is very nice, the clothes are also very comfy but are on the premium side, they are totally worth it. You can get here 20 percent flat discount if you have a membership should create one (20 percent on shopping above 5000) but it is totally worth.

Great collection of family apparels. Prices are quite reasonable. Place is expansive and has good parking facility and elevators add to the convenience. However staff here needs to be more efficient and attentive. Billing takes lot of time.

We had terrible experience at Westside outlet Pandri Firstly there is shortage of staff we had to wait for atleast 10 minutes there is none at the billing counter on first floor and ground floor also only one person doing gift packing , exchange atleast 2-3 people should be there to manage . Management should look into it

Of course coming from the Tata’s so they carry a wonderful legacy with their name. They have 04 floors for different categories. Good collection of shoes ladies party dresses on the ground floor. Trial rooms are at the rear end on the right. Well decorated place with lot of enthusiastic staff to show you their collections. Good music also plays in the background. They have 02 service lifts and a wide and low step height stair case. They have good basement parking for 10 cars I guess. Only problem is lift is not available from the parking. There is good access to the staircase. Overall a vibrant place to shop and spend time.

Good place with lots of men women kids collection accessories home decor clothes and the quality of the material is also good
