Westside - Phoenix Market City, Pune

I recently visited Westside at Phoenix Marketcity, Viman Nagar, and had a pleasant shopping experience overall. The store offers a wide range of fashion items for men, women, and children, including clothing, footwear, bags, and home décor. The layout is well-organized, making it easy to browse through different sections. The staff were courteous and helpful, assisting me in finding the right sizes and styles. However, during peak hours, the store can get crowded, and there might be a wait at the trial rooms and billing counters. Additionally, some customers have mentioned that the billing process can be slow, with staff focusing more on membership upgrades than efficient checkout. Despite these minor inconveniences, the quality and variety of products make it a worthwhile visit. If you're looking for a one-stop shop for fashion and lifestyle essentials, Westside is a great option.

My recent visit was frustrating due to extremely long waits. Out of 6 cash counters, only 1 was operational. Similarly, the trial room area was severely lacking, with only 1 trial room working. This led to significant delays and a poor shopping experience. I urge the management to ensure more counters and trial rooms are staffed and functional, especially during peak hours.

Had bad experience here from customer care. Wanted alteration as it was closing time they said you can get alteration done from SGS Mall,Camp. NEXT DAY WHEN VISITED SGS MALL WESTSIDE and the staff said WE DONT HAVE A TAILOR OR THIS SERVICE ???? to wait for 3 hours and dint bother for a NEXT DAY AFTER VISITING PHOENIX WESTSIDE AGAIN THE STAFF REDUSED TO HELP ME OUT FOR A quick solution. HE SAID TO WAIT FOR 2 TO 3 HOURS AS THE TAILOR HAS GONE FOR LUNCH AND DID NOT BOTHER TO CONTACT THE TAILOR AS MY NEED WAS URGENT WILL NEVER RECOMMENDED SHOPPIMG FROM WESTSIDE TO ALL As the they dont have BASIC MANNERS AND SERVICE

Long, long long changing/fitting room queue, doesn't make any sense, they use fitting room space for other work, while making customers wait for long time, very disappointing!

I like this westside coz so many things you get like home decor, kids clothes, male and female clothing, footwear and fresh stock always

The internal escalator is not working. There is no sign board indicating that it is not working. I met the manager & asked him to put up an indication but he hasn't done it. It is very difficult to climb the steps of the escalator. I DESERVE A DISCOUNT ON PURCHASE OF ANYTHING FROM MEN'S SECTION ON UPPER FLOOR. And management may take action for this non compliance. The manager Mr. Vikas has taken prompt enough action. Appreciate 👍

Pathetic billing service. Had to wait almost 30 minute to buy 1 item. On a busy friday evening the sales people decided to first calculate their sale instead of servicing the customers. There is no hurry to bill the patients instead the sales people are busy in selling the membership. This has happened multiple Times and had to write this review at last. What I could observe was three ladies actually not empathizing with the people standing in the queue. All I can say is that after getting good products at westside, the buying experience does not match it's standard.

There's always a long queue for billing. Despite having multiple counters, they always open one or two counters. Staff is not helping much and mostly they are talking to each other rather than helping customers. They are just doing the bare minimum work. 3 stars for the collection and brand Westside. 1 star for management and service.

I spent a lot of time at phoenix mkt Westside outlet. All staffs members are cooperative except the girl who is appointed for accessories section . I went to nail paint section and she is not interacting properly in fact I even not asked her whether I should try this nailpaint or not .. but she is like madam nailpaint trial allowed nahi use naka karu … yes but I was not applying on nails then why extra gyan ? . And that is weird . Again I went to deodorant perfume section and again she said madam use naka karu trial allowed nahi . … I don’t know she is newly joined or what but she really has to work on customer service .

Good collection of fashion products for men, women and kids. Some of house decor items also there. Well behaved staff & well organised store.

While attempting to complete a purchase, I encountered a significant issue with the payment process that was handled very poorly by your staff. I made a payment for my purchase, but due to a malfunctioning card machine, the transaction was not reflected on your end. The cashier was unable to resolve the issue and, after 10-15 minutes, called over a finance person. This individual repeatedly insisted that the payment had been declined, despite my assurance that the amount had been debited from my account. He then demanded that I show him my bank statement. After I complied and showed him proof of the transaction, he continued to argue that the payment was declined. At this point, I was incredibly frustrated and asked him to show me the company's transaction records to compare with my details. After another 10 minutes of debate, a junior staff member finally intervened and simply asked me for the transaction number, which he then used to verify the payment and generate my bill. My question to you is, are your staff trained to handle these common situations? The lack of training and the accusatory, unprofessional behavior I experienced from your staff was appalling. Instead of being treated with respect and an effort to resolve the issue, I was made to feel as though I was at fault. This experience was a complete disservice and has left me disgusted with the behavior of your employees. I hope you will address this matter seriously and ensure your staff receives proper training to handle customer service issues with professionalism and competence.

Today evening visited the Westside store of Pheonix marketcity pune at 9:35 was in a rush to buy a specific product but was not allowed by the gaurd to enter as he said timings are 9:30 where as all stores were open till 10 though it was only 5 mins up after 9:30 he denied me in a very rude way….first ever bad experience at westside store…attitude of the gaurd was very very rude

I had a very disappointing experience at the Westside store in Phoenix Mall, Pune today. I selected a T-shirt I liked, but when I went to the billing counter, the staff told me that the product was “not showing in their system” and they were unable to complete the checkout. If the item isn’t available for sale, why is it even kept on the shop floor? This is extremely frustrating and shows poor inventory management. It wasted my time and left me with a bad impression of the store. I’ve also attached a photo of the product tag to show that the item was properly tagged and priced. Westside really needs to improve their internal systems and ensure that products placed on display are actually available for purchase.

Rating: ⭐ (1/5) I am giving Westside Store a 1 rating because they force customers to take their membership worth ₹199 Initially, they say the membership is free, but later you find out from the bill that extra money has been charged. They also claim, “Choose any two products and get membership free,” but those products are charged separately — a clear case of customer deception. We even reported the issue to the store manager, but no satisfactory resolution was given. We were charged ₹400 extra in total. 👉 Please check your bill carefully before paying. 👉 Do not accept any membership without your consent. 👉 If you find any discrepancies, report them immediately. Customers should stay alert and avoid falling into such misleading sales tactics.

Have encountered situation where salesperson are prioritizing hitting their targets over providing accurate information or quality service. That's definitely frustrating. Store should follow better customer service practices. Have to wait for 2+ hours to get length alterations though was promised 30mins to get the job done.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the behaviour of your cashier, Gauthama, at the Phoenix Marketcity Mall outlet. My experience today was absolutely unacceptable and far from the standards of professionalism and courtesy expected from a reputed brand like Westside. The cashier in question displayed zero basic decency or manners. She was extremely rude, dismissive, and argumentative for no valid reason. Instead of addressing a simple issue with an apology or even basic courtesy, she chose to be confrontational and disrespectful, making the entire interaction unnecessarily unpleasant. Such behaviour towards customers is highly unprofessional and disappointing, especially when it stems from a situation that could have been resolved with empathy and politeness. As a loyal customer, I truly did not expect to be treated this way, and I sincerely hope the management takes strict and immediate action to ensure such incidents are not repeated. This experience has genuinely tarnished my impression of Westside’s customer service, and I believe it is essential that your staff undergo proper training in communication and customer handling.

Best place for shopping. Many places for exploring. Check for offers. Club offers with credit cards to save more money. You will get traffic so plan accordingly for Westside. Paid parking.

One of the most crowded and favourite Mall of the Pune City. You can get everything from here, all your shopping needs will be full fill here. But one thing should be kept in mind that the price of every item that you see is very high from your expected range. The mall has its parking area which is very big. You have to pay for parking. The mall is crowded at weekends. If you want to shop freely in weekends, you should came early in the morning. At morning crowd is not so much. Overall my experience is not so good. Because I'm not able to shop anything from here. In cloths section what I actually want is not available their. So bad experience with this. So next time when your shopping budget is high & you want a quality and branded items irrespective of price, then come here & enjoy your shopping.
