The footwear and home sections are also beautifully curated and very tempting! Store Ambiance & Organization One of the biggest highlights is that there is absolutely no mess. Shopping can often feel chaotic in busy retail stores, but this branch is incredibly well-maintained. The racks are neatly organized, the aisles are spacious, and everything is categorized in a way that makes it easy to find exactly what you’re looking for without digging through piles of clothes. Staff & Service The supportive staff truly elevates the experience. From the moment you walk in, the team is attentive without being intrusive. They are quick to help with size checks and are very efficient at the trial rooms and billing counters. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here.

The store is lovely and houses a great collection but the staff is absolutely untrained, unprofessional and pathetic. They are indifferent, rude and totally disinterested. Someone called Prateeksha at the crockery section handles crockery as if she’s playing with balloons, breaks them and isn’t even regretful. All this with the indifference of a 5 year old. The lady at the staff counter was equally untrained and unprofessional. A totally waste of time with a staff of such low calibre

I always have a good experience at this store. People who work here are well trained and helpful especially all the men. Kudos to training & hiring team. I find trendy & good options here. Ample parking on premises. Good job 👏

Westside doesn’t support a smooth shopping experience anymore. I spent around 2 hours shopping, but the staff at the billing counter behaved very poorly. They were not ready to accept the payment properly and completely ignored my concerns, even after I mentioned that I’m a regular customer. Very disappointing customer service and staff behavior

I have always been a loyal Westside customer for years -- maybe more than 15 but the customer service at this store was not upto the mark. Everyone seemed to be busy with don't know what though the number of customers were very few. My biggest grouse is that I had only one specific requirement a ladies solid black kurta, sadly that was not available. I was told that black colour doesn't sell --- that is the biggest joke. Black will never go out of demand and is an all time favorite. A humble request -- you have a wonderful collection but please add black colour too . And please ensure that the staff is more professional. Thank you

Visited Westside recently and was really impressed with the wide variety of clothes available. There are plenty of stylish options for all age groups, especially some great collections for Gen Z with trendy designs and colors. The store has a very pleasant atmosphere, well-organized sections, and a comfortable shopping vibe. The ongoing offers were attractive and made shopping even more enjoyable. A great place for fashionable and budget-friendly shopping.

I love their collection of clothes . You'll find something for everyone women , men , kids and household stuff too . Well priced.

Worst experience. I will suggest everyone to not to visit there. They serve cold and tasteless food. Only hype is that food served through that train. Pathetic. We ordered pizza there. One of their staff was serving slices in our plates. N suddenly he threw some toppings on our table but he never apologized for that. Above all, they even didn't cleaned the table. Hell of the experience

Great place to shop with family... I leave the females to play around the entire floor and sweep every bit of shopping they can while I sit back and relax and just raise to pay... Good experience everytime I visited

What a worst experience we had, getting an exchange involved atleast 3 levels of bureaucracy for a private store and. Made to wait for at least half an hour. Deepchand is the store manager he was busy in meeting, floor manager couldn’t do anything, they denied the paper bill if phone number is not provided… as far as understanding goes a basic bill cannot be denied…

I visited many westside outlets, but on this day they had power cut and once the electricity was restored, there systems were not working as expected and had to wait for around an hour for billing. Rest i like visiting westside at times.

Westside opened on jubilee junction on airport road..where you can have huge range of apparels for ladies...gents....under one roof. At affordableprice....ample parking available in front..elevator is available..nice ambience ..good cooperative staff to help you out..overall experience was good

Just a year before westside had really very good collection of clothing but now from last six months whenever I visited I was disappointed, no doubt the quality is really good but no new arrivals just very old stock n nothing much to shop there

Very disappointing experience! The staff were confusing and had no idea how to handle exchanges. Their system showed no customer record, and I was even asked to show my credit card transaction to get a credit note. I never received my invoice from my last purchase when I asked, they said it’s a system glitch and could take a month to come on WhatsApp. Seriously? For a big brand like Westside, that’s unacceptable.No proper customer support, unclear billing details, and staff who just try to sell more instead of helping customers. Westside really needs to train their team and fix their system. Never visiting again and won’t recommend this store to anyone.

Today was the first day of sale here and this one star rating is not for Westside or their staff. It's a thumbs down to the shoppers. Clothes were picked up from stands and thrown on the spot... Heaps and heaps of clothes were lying on the floor ...the floor was filthy and people were rummaging through dresses from the floor itself...it looked like a storm had entered the place and left it ransacked... The number of staff members were certainly not enough to deal with the mad rush and they looked exhausted. Overall DONT ENTER the place till the sale is on if you want to shop in peace and dignity.

My first experience over there was really good except they don't have any place to sit. My legs start hurting after spending 2 hours there with no seat to sit on.

Biggest westside store of tricity. If you really want this brand's clothing then visit here only, it's a Three Floor Store with everything included.

Worst Service. The staff was not at all active. They didn’t clear the mess in the store. No clothing item was at its appropriate place. When asked about checking for the size in the stock using their inventory system, they didn’t do so. I frequently buy from westside and have bought stuff from various states but never came across this kind of mess.

Great experience, excellent service and sumptuous food. The ambience was also nice. Must try if you're looking for a new and different experience in the tricity.
