Looks bright and spacious after the renovation. Offers a wide variety of clothing, footwear, accessories and lingerie. There are sales promotions that run at regular intervals.The staff are very helpful and you might end up picking up more than what you initially planned on buying. They also have membership programs. Pick items with prices in red to qualify for discounts - last week end had a sale with flat 50% off on all items with red price cards.

Went to return the item and had to argue with the sales staff who kept on saying they cant refund and can only give a redeem coupon. The staff was still in denial despite the fact that it was mentioned in the website that there was a 30 day return policy The staff was super confident that it was mentioned in the bill only to realize that it was indeed present in the bill as well. Super shady business practice

Wide varieties of clothes and footwears with trendy designs and fashion. Reasonable rates when compared with other stores in the same aspect.

Really happy with formal shirt. Material feels premium, doesn’t shrink after wash, and the colour stays fresh. Perfect for daily wear. Will definitely buy again.

We are regular customers of this shop ❤ really an excellent shop in terms of quality and customer service. They have a huge collection of dresses for gents and ladies. The kids section seemed a bit less, but still well organised. They have a separate section for shoes, beauty products, home decor, accessories and perfumes 👍

Store and selection everything good , but the staff behaviour not upto mark. As I had 3 dresses to trial and it took me some time , trial room staff was knocking and I literally end up not buying any of the stuffs. The behaviour felt like a bit rude. So kindly work on the staff behaviour with the customers

Very poor service by the staff. Was informed that the receipt of the purchase would be sent to the registered phone number but didn’t receive it. I tried contacting the store in their given phone number many times to address the issue, but they cancelled the call or didn’t respond all the time. What’s the point in giving a contact number if you can’t answer the call. How am I supposed to make return/exchanges without the receipt.

Big shop, good prices, but selection and range of products is still very less. Compared to other wearied shops in other malls in other states. Staff too young can be seen in group together

In terms of selection its awesome. You will get clothing for every category and in all materials. Highly fashionable and trendy womens clothing. They also contains kids area and a small portion is dedicated for shoes and ladies foot ware. The clothes are priced definitely above average for sure. Thats one disadvantage. I was refused billing at this store because I declined to purchase their ₹200 paid membership. Staff and the manager clearly stated that the purchase could not be processed unless I agreed to the membership and this too after many hours of shopping and long waiting in the trial rooms because you can only take three items to try on, ridiculous. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. A paid membership cannot be made mandatory to complete a purchase, and refusing a sale for this reason is an unfair practice. Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, forcing a customer to buy an additional paid service as a condition for purchasing goods amounts to an unfair trade practice. A paid membership cannot be made mandatory to complete a sale. I'm definitely going to escalate with legal proceedings and have the recording of the incident. Such practices under reputed brand name is such a disgrace

I recently visited Westside and had a very disappointing experience at the fitting room. The staff member there was extremely rude and unprofessional, which made the shopping experience uncomfortable. Because of her attitude, we decided not to purchase anything from the store. I request the management to look into this and ensure better customer service in the future.

I've been shopping here ever since they've been at LuLu Mall, Kochi. And oh don't I love this amaaaaaze-ing store! They have a variety of affordable clothes, footwear, accessories and home decor - they have something for everyone! Since the prices are on the lower side, the quality of the material is compromised but I don't mind that, personally. A must visit for everyone, I sure you'll visit the store every time you come to LuLu - I do! Happy shopping!

Lulumall ia located in edapally. One of the largest mall of India. Inside Lulumall many brand shop available Westside on of them. Good staff, Huge collection of dresses... U can get clothing for all categories Shoes , ladies foot ware & home decors ... Product quality is worth for price ... Affordable price range ... All kinds of payments accepted... If u wannna a good quality shirt, tshirts n jean then I recommend it

Great place to shop, every essential clothes are available but don't expect a vast collection here. Earlier, I went to Crossword in Solapur, Maharashtra and it had huge amount of collections but here in Kochi it's just a one floor showroom. Expect that everything is good moreover Westside never disappoints you.

There are varieties of different categories of dresses available for men and women. The rates are slightly on the higher side,but found the quality to be really good. The collection has selection for daily wears as well as party wear. They also have slippers,accessories,night wear,innerwears,etc which is sufficiently stocked.

A place for entertainment and for getting joys of purchase. All things in a complex. Even though rates are little high get quality items. You can spend a full day full of joy....
