⭐️⭐️⭐️The pricing at Westside is fair and consistent, which is definitely a plus. However, the collections don’t really feel classy—more casual and mostly targeted toward millennials looking for trendy everyday wear. I noticed a strong bohemian floral theme across many outfits, which makes the variety feel limited. There are a few jersey-style pieces, but honestly, the quality could be better. I personally prefer trendier one-piece outfits and fresh patterns, but the designs here seem to repeat and lean towards the same old styles. It’s not really my type, so I don’t think I’ll be shopping here again unless they bring in newer themes and more unique designs.

This branch of Westside has a decent collection of tops, dresses, and sandals, but a very limited range of bottom wear. The store itself feels quite cramped compared to other outlets, and the overall collection is smaller. I’ve found the staff here to be rather indifferent and not particularly helpful. At checkout, the focus seemed more on pushing the membership card than engaging with customers. Not my preferred Westside outlet.

The staff seemed slow and struggled with basic calculations. I had a coupon for 10% off on purchases of $6,000 or more. My bill was $6,200, but after applying the discount, the total came to less than $6,000. The staff then told me I needed to shop more because the final amount was below the threshold. They made me spend 1000 more because of that. I wish they are better trained and do their job fast spent 30 minutes at checkout counter. Please educate them how discount supposed to work and information about billing. It did billing at ground floor with lady

Westside used to be my go-to store, but lately it’s just disappointing. The designs feel outdated and the quality has gone downhill badly. You buy a piece, wash it once, and it already looks tired. For the price, this is not acceptable. The billing counter experience makes it worse. Staff insist on downloading multiple apps and scanning for offers, but in the end you get nothing. Just wasted time and unnecessary apps on your phone. Westside really needs to rethink its quality and customer experience before loyal customers give up completely.

This is 2 floor shop and has decent collection of clothes. But felt there could have been more variety. One major drawback was limited trail rooms. In ground floor only limited trail room for only ladies. In first floor also limited trail room for both men and ladies . There were big ques for app the trail rooms and there by it was discouraging , because if one tries one dress and has to go out of the trail room and picks another the person need to stand again the que, which very irritating. Further found carton boxes stacked under staircases , these places could have been covered for tail rooms. The quality of the dresses are very very good. Felt like buying a lot but unfortunately the trail room que was discouraging. Otherwise the experience was nice and one was able find good quality dresses.

I visited the store yesterday looking for formals, and I found the space to be quite congested — it was difficult to move around comfortably, as customers had to squeeze through narrow walkways. More importantly, I noticed that the staff weren’t very helpful, not just in my own experience but also in how they interacted with other customers. I understand that the team may be busy, but offering assistance and making customers feel welcome is really important if you want people to return. Extremely unhelpful staff, did not let me try a different size of a top a chose even though I had just 2 items with me. I have been to multiple branches of Westside in Mumbai and Bangalore but have never experienced something where I was asked to leave the trial room and stand in line again due to a size issue. Avoid this branch if possible.

Rude staff. Was in the waiting room and wanted to try a different size of the same product. I was barred from doing so and asked to come out and stand in line for my turn, was forced to stand in the line just to try different size of clothes. When I complained about it to the cashier, they said they cannot help since the rule is to wait in line to even try different sizes. Felt humiliated in public and left the store. Will never shop from here again.

Very bad maintenance. NO AC inside the store. Outdated collections. High rates for these outdated clothes. NO proper size in footwears. Dont buy the membership here for birthday discount and all. Its a big bogus. They say you'll get 20% discount but only if u shop for 12k. It was 5k before, then made it 8k and now 12k. Utter nonsense. Worst westside branch ever i have visited. Highly not recommended for anyone. Please avoid.

Worst Westside store The shop has the worst staff at their billing counter who just keeps on pushing for membership card and despite telling them multiple times that I don’t need a membership they were quite reluctant to bill without a membership number. If you are unwilling to sell to non members you should have displayed it at the entrance itself so that we wouldn’t waste our time in the store. Billing took almost 20 minutes for just a single item and the lady at the billing counter was very rude. The other staff at the store aren’t helpful either. When asked about a larger size they just replied that we should just try finding in the display. The store doesn’t have a decent collection also. Also, I have already given the feedback by mail but didn’t get any reply.

Wide range of collection and good that it has parking there. Staff is too lazy and no one cares while u do shopping. The worst part is billing... U have to wait for a long time even though no one in queue. They waste of 5 mins of time in convincing to buy membership worst 299. Even if u say no they won't leave .. Rest all good...

Good collection available for women and men. Women collection is quite good. Apart from clothing, the store has women footwear, handbags, earrings and basic accessories. Parking available for two and four wheeler. Wide variety of clothing available for women.

Limited collections for men’s and kids. Only for women’s there are more. But most of the clothes are for winter season. Very few summer clothes and limited parking space.
