I recently explored the new collection at Westside and was truly impressed by the vibrant array of colors available. From stunning reds to calming blues, every shade imaginable seemed to be present. The new arrivals featured a fantastic range of styles, offering something for every preference. I found several pieces that perfectly captured the latest fashion trends. It's a great destination for refreshing your wardrobe with a splash of color and contemporary designs.

Walked into Westside just to browse and ended up spending over two hours. the Bombay Paisley designs are absolutely stunning. Each collection has its own texture and story, from airy cottons to rich blends. The staff were incredibly kind and patient, even trying to help us get a 10% discount through their system, though we couldn’t since we didn’t have an Indian number. What stood out most was their warmth and professionalism. While shopping, I also noticed brief stand-up meetings happening right inside the store. It wasn’t disruptiv, if anything, it showed the care and attention the manager gives to their team. If you’re in Mumbai and love good fabrics, thoughtful designs, and genuine service, Westside is definitely worth a visit.

I had a good shopping experience at Westside in Garden Grove Mall, Chikuwadi. The store is spacious, well-organized, and has a great collection of clothing for men, women, and kids. The variety in casual and western wear is especially nice, and the trial rooms are clean and comfortable. Billing can get a bit slow during peak hours, but apart from that, it’s a reliable place to shop with good quality products and occasional offers. A solid option for fashion shopping in the Chikuwadi.There is new collection is added for winter for all the kids Men and Women

Had a wonderful shopping experience at Westside. The store has a very good collection with trendy, elegant, and well-organized options across categories. The designs are fresh, stylish, and reasonably priced, making it easy to find something suitable for every occasion. What made the experience even better was the polite and helpful staff. They were attentive without being pushy, guided us properly with sizes and suggestions, and made the overall shopping smooth and comfortable. From the moment I walked in, they was incredibly warm, attentive, and knowledgeable about the collections. They patiently helped me find exactly what I was looking for and even suggested some great picks that I wouldn't have noticed otherwise. They have friendly attitude and excellent customer service truly made my visit enjoyable. Good variety, prices are ok, they keep on bringing new outfits. for men only loose fittings options so sometimes difficult for teenagers to get sizes

Collection is good but the billing takes long time as each billing takes nearly half an hour. The staff should also be increased

Giving only this rating for the staff, I suppose her name was Shubhangi completely unethical behaviour couldn’t determine where the line begins, almost after waiting for 10mins she takes someone else.

Quality of clothes 5 ⭐ choices or collection 4⭐ as saw many heavy linen and woolens in peak May, can understand a small section though for travellers to Manali and Shimla, Space 5 ⭐ Ambience 5 ⭐ parking Rs 50 4 star as redeemable only at Zudio not Westside. Staff customer service 5 ⭐ as they helped eagerly without much persuasion, to credit my points of 15 day back purchase at a different outlet. Not much choice in men's formals, although offers 4 ⭐ Overall 4 ⭐

The clothes, fashion accessories have limited choices. Though have three floors the choice for man clothes and accessories is limited. It's completely branded store with a medium to high price tag. Trial rooms are good. If you are only brand awareness person can visit this place.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service on this outlet; i had doubts regarding credit cash (i exchanged an item last time at another outlet- the infiniti mall one, and they gave me a credit receipt irrespective of me demanding for cash in return) When asked for the same at this outlet the staff wasn’t letting me complete at first; was extremely rude and unhelpful and then literally started laughing at me; the moment i turned????including the manager ?? Did they think by any chance i was dumb enough to not understand?? Never buying again from the brand Nor recommending anyone after going through so much of trouble just to get my own money back.

Westside has a fabulous collection, and the staff is incredibly helpful. A special shoutout to Akshay Sawant for going above and beyond—he made my visit one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had. The entire exchange and return process was smooth and hassle-free, all thanks to him. I strongly recommend anyone shopping online to try this store in person—you’ll love it.
