West Zone Hypermarket - (BurJuman Metro Station Exit 2) | Burjuman 3 - Al Karama

I'm new there in burjuman and for 3days regular I went there for buying food and everything and today also I buy coconut milk drinks and others many chocolates.i didn't check the expiry date while drinking that is my mistake but I can't believe you have so many branch and you are selling expiry product. This was expire in April 11 and you are keeping that product on sale??? I don't understand what you guys are doing.some people are very sensitive they may suffer also please don't seel expiry product.This is wrong.

I had a very bad experience during my visit today. I purchased several items, including chicken feet, and one staff member in a black uniform was ready to clean it, as usually done in your other store. However, a Filipino staff member in a red uniform stopped him and spoke to me very rudely. He told me to either take it as it is or leave. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of basic customer service. Because of his attitude, I left all my items at the store and walked out. No customer deserves to be treated this way. Your staff clearly needs proper training on how to deal with customers professionally. Due to this experience, this was my last visit to your store. I ended up buying the same items from another store.

Very Bad Experience I trust on West zone Quality buy now they are selling trash Kachara I bought Bananas and see its price is AED10.95/KG FROM BURJUMAN OUTLET AND IT WAS REALLY SPOILED. ON THE OTHER HAND small supermarket selling these bananas in 2 AED

They have somany outlets all over the uae. ............ . . . Maximum items will get for average 10 dirhams. After my duty I dropped by Westzone Burjuman to buy some personal items. The counter wasn’t busy since it was already late, so I approached Mariam (or Meriam) because she had no customers. She seemed physically present but mentally absent. My total bill was 37 AED, and I paid in cash with a 100 AED bill. The bill had a small tear but was still intact and usable. She gave me only 13 AED change so I told her I gave you 100. She rudely insisted that I gave her only 50. I asked her to check the 100 AED bill I gave the one with the small tear. She checked but still didn’t believe me, so she called her colleague to review the CCTV. The footage clearly showed that I paid 100 AED. She then had her colleague check the bill to see if it could be accepted, and it was confirmed that it was fine to use. Honestly,after a long and tiring day at work this is the last kind of encounter you want a rude cashier who doesn’t even follow proper procedure. I even told her Once you receive the money, you should enter it into the system so you know exactly how much change to give.She was still being unpleasant. Out of frustration, I just left the bill there and didn’t even take a photo of it.

For the first time in west zone I have got warm welcome and best customer service one of west zone employees Jhon in Butcher section he showed what is customer service thank you very much June keep it up 🫡

I’m very disappointed with my experience at Westzone, Burjuman Exit 2. I’ve shopped here several times, and on two different occasions, I received expired products. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about how carefully items are being checked before being sold. What made things worse was the unhelpful response from the store manager when I tried to bring this issue to their attention. Instead of addressing the concern professionally, the manager was dismissive and showed no sense of responsibility or customer care.

Convenient and small. Whatever is needed on a daily basis is available.

Hello, Good evening! I just want to express my disappointment and really upset about your cashier and also the supervisor/manager on that shift for tolerating the attitude of that cashier and that supervisor cannot handle the attitude of that lady! Today, May 1, 2020, around 5 o"clock in the afternoon, we went to Mercado here at Elektra branch Abu Dhabi to ask for an exchange/replacement of our item we bought yesterday. I understand the situation and I insist on a replacement, then suddenly that cashier she shouted at me and speak a really unprofessional manner! maybe this is not the first time she did it for sure! You can make an investigation regarding her attitude towards her work. And Is this what attitude you needed on your frontline? I'm not a that bad person and I don't want to lose her job, but you need to take immediate action on what she’s done! Definitely, I will not come to your store anymore and I will refer also to all my family and friends here! If you have any doubt you can make an investigation and review your CCTV Footage May 1, 2020 at 4:57 pm onwards. I have also a video of it and if you want I can send it to you. I’m asking that supervisor what is the name of that lady but he didn’t answer me! So i take a photo of her! Kindly check the attached photo for your reference. Thank you so much!

Magazin cu lacatul pus pe usa.in interior nu exista marfa sau rafturi, este gol. Store with padlock placed on the door. Inside there is no merchandise or shelves, it is empty.

I love going to shops to look for discounted items, and if I find something I like, I buy it. However, I will not shop at this Westzone branch anymore because of one black, heavy-built African security guard. I used to visit early in the morning, around 7:30, almost every day. This security guard would stand at a distance, staring at me from head to toe, making me feel uncomfortable. This didn’t happen just once—he was very consistent with this behavior during every visit. I’m not sure if he does this to other shoppers as well. So that's the reason for my 1 star rating if not zero.

We entered to west zone to purchase chicken but at the counter there was only one person available to cut into the pieces but when we observe that he was packing beef with the same gloves he was cutting the chicken when we asked the manager to tell that person so he replied to us that we only have one person here and he is also busy so we can’t do anything it was very unprofessional way that you are packing the beef and not without changing it you are cutting the chicken

Bought earlier, 14Aug 2025 around 10:30pm, a watermelon pack. Upon opening, it already almost turning liquid (early sign of rot) as it was probably packed a couple of days ago. It already has a bad smell. On the price tag it says Production date as 15 Aug 2025, 1 day from today??!!. Pls have your products check for expiration especially food items with short shelf life.

There’s room for Customer service. Discount offers could be even better. Overall, I would rate satisfactory with 3 stars rating.

Once in a blue moon u can also find a branded garment here if u dig enough. But otherwise i personally don't like the garment quality much. The ground floor has nice collection of bags/sovineirs for gifting. Though major items are below 21. It also has some times like luggage etc for a higher price

If you are looking day to day house hold stuff you are at the right place. From shoe laces to combs they have all the stuff with decent quality and a good price. Do take help of the people around as they can help you find the stuff you are looking for. Also be very sure that what you are buying is the complete set some times some of the lid from the buckets are place some where else and stuff like that.
