I recently did a Level 3 maintenance for my Schwinn mountain bike, which had been stored in poor condition for almost four years. The results were absolutely impressive — the bike looks and feels brand new again! Special thanks to Marvin, the bike technician, for his excellent work, attention to detail, and professionalism. He took the time to explain everything and made sure the bike was perfectly tuned before handing it over. Highly recommended for anyone looking to restore or maintain their bike — outstanding service and quality!

This is a bike store at the peak of service and technical knowledge, had an issue with levers and cables on my Pinarello Dogma and master Luigi sorted it , they are Trek specialists but can resolve most issues , with kindness and amazing customer service . If you are in Saudi and can get to Jeddah this is the place.

I had an amazing experience with SAM — he’s truly a wonderful person, extremely professional, and clearly very experienced. He provided a full bike training session and explained everything in a clear, practical way that really boosted my confidence and improved my riding skills. is without a doubt the best bike shop in town. Mr jayson very good person in trek ubhur he is very respectful and supportive,he mount the carrier of my pick on the car by himself and spent more than half an hour doing that. I suggest dealing with him
