We had lunch at Dakshin and Shri Jagadeesh, Shankar, and team ensured we were treated like family. The food and service were top notch and the soothing music added to the ambience and our appetite! Thank you for this beautiful experience!! The breakfast experience was truly outstanding. Bhoomika served up the most satisfying masala tea, Shilpa ensured we were well taken care of. The spread was sumptuous and scrumptious. Thank you, team!

Had a really pleasant stay at ITC Windsor. The staff were genuinely friendly and very helpful throughout — quick to assist with everything I asked for. The restaurants are cozy and the food was awesome. Service in the dining area was smooth and attentive. Missed out on visiting their signature restaurant, Royal Afghan, due to time, but that’s now on my list for next time. Clean rooms, good amenities, and great hospitality overall. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Bengaluru.

Firstly a big thank you to the entire ITC team at Windsor, they are just amazing. I would like to call out names that i remember but this is not just for them but the entire team who goes above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Recommendations: Mr. Suresh, Mahesh from the reception, Mr. Nagarjunan from Concierge, Tanishka, Sana, Hisham from front office. Shelly from Room service. Shilpa, Toka (special mention for his service), Mahalakshmi, and many others from the Raj Pavilion. Wonderful team at Dum Pukht, apologies for forgetting the names but their service was impeccable and most importantly the security team were just amazing, a big shout out for their smile and greetings that makes things brighten up as you come up to the doorway. You all are amazing, kudos to you all. Tips: Try Dum Pukht, their delicious preparation will melt your heart away and service is incredible. Buffet breakfast spread is super awesome, loved it. Although i felt the dinning choices at Raj Pavilion is limited but the food was so deliciously prepared. Feedback: I have shared some feedback with Mr. Suresh at the reception, hope someone will look into that urgently and address the concerns for betterment of the next guest who will be in that room.

The Sampoorna Thali is an absolute masterclass in taste and quality; every dish, from the comforting tang of the rasam to the perfectly spiced curries and fluffy appams, showcases incredible culinary precision. The flavors are deeply traditional, remarkably fresh, and beautifully balanced, making the feast a true delight for both the eyes and the palate. What elevates this meal into an unforgettable memory is the impeccable, intuitive hospitality. Our dining journey was seamlessly orchestrated by the exceptional waiting skills of Satish and the grace of the manager, Jagdeesh. They act less like standard staff and more like crafty guides—navigating the rhythm of our meal with flawless timing and making us feel truly valued. For stellar food complemented by masterful service, Dakshin is unmatched.

Our dining experience at Raj Pavilion, ITC Windsor, was truly extraordinary and deserves the highest praise. We would especially like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to the Chef Raj Kamal Rawat, whose brilliance and passion were evident in every single dish served to us. We had an absolute pleasure to try his very own curated aloo ke paratha along with unsalted butter and the buttermilk with mint. Amazing and is what I call a master master chef. Each meal was a masterpiece crafted with precision, presented with elegance, and bursting with remarkable flavors. The menu reflected a perfect balance of creativity and authenticity, with every ingredient thoughtfully chosen and every detail flawlessly executed. Stayed for a night at the hotel and I am writing this review from my cab right after checking out. What a fabulous time we had. Hotel staff werre very friendly and respectful. They made us feel right at home. Breakfast was top notch. The property in itself was beautiful. We wanted to visit a few places in Bangalore but ended up spending most of the time in the hotel. Would love to be back soon.

Second time at The Royal Afghan and once again completely blown away by the food, service, and ambiance. Mr. Pench and Puneeth took great care of us and made the experience even more memorable. The grilled dishes were outstanding, and the famous Dal Bukhara absolutely lived up to the hype and their burrah kabob is out of this world. Everything from the flavors to the hospitality was exceptional. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing dining experience with top-notch grilled food and impeccable service. We have been guests here at ITC Windsor many times over the last few years but wanted to put in a review this time to thank a few of the senior staff members who served us with a smile. Mr. Kumar who takes care of the 4th floor house keeping was always eager to help us out joyfully. Mr. Bala who was serving us at the lounge was very polite and efficient. Special mention to the staff at the breakfast buffet as well, they were all quick on their feet and very sweet (the younger staff and senior staff alike). Appreciate the hotel management for retaining all the senior staff, they really are great at what they do and we felt very well taken care of by them! We had a good stay in general save for room a/c issue that interrupted a good nights sleep on our first night this time. Hence a star less on the room. The technician did come by though and the second night was better. Everything else was wonderful as always, thank you to the team!

We had breakfast buffet at the Raj Pavillion in ITC Windsor, Bengaluru. The buffet is sumptuous and we enjoyed it thoroughly. All the dishes are prepared with love and passion. Shivam ensured that our custom needs were understood and personally taken care of, which made the stay feel tailored and thoughtful. A super special thanks to Rohit, who was always available, attentive, and alert, even with my back‑to‑back requests. His dedication and proactive approach made me feel genuinely cared for. Rohit created an atmosphere of warmth and professionalism that elevated my stay from comfortable to memorable. His commitment to guest satisfaction reflects the finest standards of ITC hospitality. I had Saturday night dinner buffet with my wife and kids at the Raj Pavillion restaurant in ITC Windsor, Bengaluru. The vegetarian dishes were awesome, delicious and a treat to our taste buds. The staff is very courteous, pleasant and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Bharath for taking very good care of us. Amazing hospitality in a quaint setting, right in the city of BLR. Location is slightly to the northern part of the city, just 10-15 mins from Cubbon Park. The room itself @ “The Towers” was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast buffet was impressive and the spread was great and delicious, with high quality ingredients used. Staff took custom breakfast beverage orders. In-room dining was equally good. But it’s the staff service that really makes this place worthwhile. The welcoming is so warm, and from the highest to novice level, each staff member remembers and executes even the smallest request, making us feel very special indeed. We made a few child-related requests related to the room layout, bathroom and food, and every request was carried out perfectly. 100% would visit again. Bonus: AirPlay/ChromeCast was available, which is not true for all ITC properties

We celebrated my bawa’s birthday with a special lunch at ITC Windsor’s Dakshin in Bangalore, and it was truly a wonderful experience. We went as a family of five and enjoyed a combination of mini meals and two full meals. The menu was simple yet incredibly delicious, offering a delightful spread of South Indian cuisine from Kerala, Andhra, Karnataka, and Tamil Nadu. Every dish we tasted was flavorful and authentic. The ambience was elegant and made the occasion feel even more special. The service was exceptional—staff were attentive and frequently checked in to see if we needed anything. To make the celebration even more memorable, they kindly offered a cake for the birthday, which was a lovely gesture. Jagadish , Shankar and Satish took care of us very well . Overall, it was an amazing experience that we thoroughly enjoyed.

It was a pleasure to had dinner at ITC Windsor with my business colleagues. The ambience was so stunning and ethereal, yet so elegant and exquisite, and the live music made it very enjoyable. To have all the food to enjoy with such beautiful presentation was very great and also the charcuterie and cheese boards were perfectly picked and paired very well. Absolutely enjoyed this dining experience and service was excellent. Keep it up with great value.
