If two cylinder around 8k excluding new stove I took a new HP Gas connection and was charged around ₹6,000 for single cylinder excluding stove Later I found that the actual mandatory cost is only around ₹2,500–₹2,700. The dealer forced some unnecessary items like safety kit, apron, lighter, pipe, wheel stand, etc., without informing that they are optional. This is clear overcharging and misleading of customers. Customers should be clearly informed about optional items before billing. I heard before for new connection around 4k only. Before you go check other agencies also.

I don't know y they delay to deliver late. Till we call and inform that we had ordered, they will not come and deliver the gas. They take almost more than 10 days after the order. I had ordered on 1st of oct yet I have not received cylinder. The no. what is uploaded in website is wrong. The concerned person no. Ringing no response. So irresponsible people.

Very worst. Gas agency specialy that lady sitting on the counter.she don't know how to behave with the customer she is very rude .after payment also they have not delivered the cylinder and marked as delivered they doing fraud with customer.be alert with this type of agency.

I have booked my cylinder on 11/12/25 i have not received my cylinder yet i have to call several times to distributer every month he will not answer.very bad gas distributers.office staff also not taking the call .

All through these years tolerating this agency because there is no alternative, if govt gives license to such a pathetic company without due diligence this is what the consumers have to face if there are enough competitors among distributors only then the agency will realise that if they don't deliver they will go out of Business and there should not be a monopoly or a single distributor then they will be a spoilsport. on top of that delivery guys pick and choose and prioritize who they love the most they deliver on time the ones who are facing partiality are more in this agency than any other agencies. The number is simply given to show that they are prompt in solving customers woes but they never answer the call.

Pathetic service. Everytime I need to wait 5 business days to get the delivery and the staffs and delivery person are so rude despite delivering the cylinder so late. I have also raised consumer complaint against this agency attached is the complaint number. I highly don’t recommend them and HP Gas anymore, please don’t get scammed by them.

This is regarding a delivery of the gas cylinder we booked on October 8th. As of today, we have not received the delivery, and our repeated attempts to contact your office have gone unanswered. This delay is causing significant inconvenience, as we are currently forced to rely on outside food options. We have not received any proper updates on when the delivery will occur, which is quite frustrating. I kindly request immediate attention to this matter and a prompt response regarding the status of our delivery.

Excellent service. Delivery representative Mr.Loushan was very professional and polite. Appreciate the kind of service you provide...I have seen him from long time glad to see such quick and energetic people in this field. Apart from his Job he also keeps us updated on gas related quires and updates. I would recommend that he gets recognised and appreciated for the service he renders😇

Hope less service, even after booking on Sunday still I have not got cyclinder, today is Thursday, hopeless people, hopeless service, no body will respond phone in the office to complaint also, why hp company has give dealership to these kind of useless people

Alphonse is best delivery men.. hard working person..My dad Alphonse is always a hard working person. Thanks to Vinay enterprises for giving opportunity to my dad. We feel proud to be a part of HP. The service is pathetic, and the delivery person does not deliver the gas on time. Even after the bill is generated, it takes him 20 to 25 days to deliver the gas to us. I receive the gas a month after the booking. How are we supposed to survive without cooking gas? Because of this, we are forced to order food online and eat out. I have a little baby at home. These people do not understand the difficulties customers face.

Loushan is very good person and very helpful. Great customer service. Very prompt I am saying this as I know his service from past several years. During pandemic also his service was great. Thank you very much.

Don't buy from here it takes 7 days to deliver the gas. Imagine waiting for 7 days for a gas cylinder. Very bad service they don't deliver to the third floor and no proper gas checking during delivery as the delivery person will be in a rush and they take extra 150 rs for delivery

Phone number is incorrect here in Google and even on the bill.

Each and every time I have to make a complaint call then only I will get the refill delivery. Every month I have to give a call complaining today is 7th day 9th day I didn't got yet refill delivered. Too much disturbing is that the distributor himself won't receive the call to discuss the issue, and solve the matter. If I won't call the agency for my refill update they just cancel the booking. Isn't the staff and distributor is awesome? And no leakage checking. With out delivery charge you won't get refill delivered.

Dear customers we have been with Vinay Enterprises since 30 year's and have found their services excellent so far. Even the delivery is on time. Keep it up. With you always.

If you have infinite (entire day) patience to get any documentation work done like new connection, transfer or cancellation, they are okay. The delivery men are demanding but it’s been a norm everywhere. However I’ve got my delivery within 2-3 days of booking, happy for that.
