Wooden Street - Furniture Shop/Store in Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune

This is my second visit and purchase at Wooden Street. Last year I purchased Dining Table and this year 4 items - Fantastic Quality of Stuff and this is after over an year of use. - Layout of store and experience is great - Staff (in my case Tousif) was very polite and most importantly patient. He resolved all queries, made suggestions and verified purchase and upto payments. 5 starts to him as well. Highly recommend for premium quality designs of furniture, finish and reliability.

I am changing my review rating from 5 to 1 star. And I am changing my review with Wooden Street because of their delivery experience. Even though the store experience mentioned below is true but the delivery experience is exactly opposite, its been the worst experience ever. I would never suggest buying anything from wooden street be is customised furniture or non customised furniture. Its equally horrible. They will not deliver your products before 2 months from the date if order placed. And inspite of following up intermittently there is no use. They would deliver as per their own sweet time and convenience. I placed my order for 3 furniture items and 1 was supposed to be delivered within 4-5 weeks which they said cannot be delivered before 30-Dec (10weeks time taken) when questioned on the 6th week. This was non customised though. For the customised items as well they finally mentioned the will packed after the 8th week while during purchase and order placement they said they will deliver within 5-6 weeks. I had to finally cancel my entire order after 6 weeks and did not fall prey to their sweet negotiations of early arrival post 6 weeks. Please do not purchase from any wooden street store as it will be the same delay everywhere as its not a problem with the store but with Wooden Street delivery process. And Customer Care executive Paakhi was so rude and was speaking to me in a tone as if they delay is made but I need to adjust and that my problem and not theirs!!! I finally managed to get the entire refund after the escalation desk contacted me based on the request from the store person. Previous review based on store visit only: The store experience at Wooden Street was great in the Pimple Saudagar branch. They had the variety I was looking for and provided the colour options. Got a good discount with 3 years warranty in all the sheesham wood products. Om was very helpful and checked all possible options for me. The only thing which can improve from delivery is the timeline. But, I guess will get the products in amazing condition with the current timeline given for delivery. Will add additional feedback post product delivery. Must visit store for wooden furniture.

I recently purchased several pieces from Wooden Street Furniture, Pimple Saudagar, Pune and I couldn’t be more impressed! The quality of the furniture is outstanding—solid, well-crafted, and stylish. The customer service was top-notch from the moment I walked in. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. Delivery was prompt and handled with care. Worst experience I had with them...!!! You are absolutely helpless once you pay the amount. You will be their slave. Furniture manufacturing and delivery is too much late. Before finalizing the order their staff in showroom will say you that if the product is available in their local godown, you will get it within 3-4 days. But if it is not available in our local godown then it will come from Rajasthan and will be delivered within 12-14 days. Once you finalize the order, pay the money, then showroom staff will say it will take 5-6 weeks for delivery. Their area manager will say, if you want to take, take it as we are saying. Otherwise you can cancel the order. They will not give you Tax Invoice even if you paid them full amount. They will give you only Proforma Invoice only after payment. They will not give you payment receipt at all. They will give you Tax Invoice only after they deliver your material. You will feel like you are begging them. Because now everything is in their hand after payment and you are begging them to own good product you have choosen from their showroom. Furniture is too good but operating team is worst in Pune, specially in showroom at Pimple Saudagar, Pune where I experienced this.

We just purchased 2 beds, rocking recliner and a sofa from here. The staff is amazing and very polite and very understanding. Payment process was very smooth. Staff is very well informed about the products and they went an extra mile for a recliner that we requested and arranged for us. Highly recommended store for your home furniture.

As we have visited Pimple Saudagar wooden street ec, Ms Paridhi and Mr Shrikant assisted us very well and we bought shesham wood furniture. Quality is good. And recommended to all who want wooden furniture. Prices are Little high, should work on prices. Overall experience is good. Do visit.

Excellent street for wooden interior lovers. Each piece is designed with love and attention to detail. You can purchase your dream products especially in sale. EDITING this review after one month since the order is placed. There is no proper tracking of the product is available, the links shared are not working at all and you can see the same updates for multiple weeks. The sales team stop cooperating once the order is placed and payment is processed. Delivery timeline is too long on which they need to work upon. For bigger/crafted / customized items we can understand that it might be taking time for Production, but for small items like table, chairs which are their inhouse signature designs, also taking lots of time for the production. And, finally shipment started moving from Jodhpur to your location which is again a time consuming process.

Today I visited the store in Pimple saudagar. I found Very attractive and beautiful furniture. Especially computer, conference chairs, dining table and Amitava Temple is very marvelous. Paridhi mam was so co-op and given adequate information about the various furniture items. One must visit the store. Best wishes to the staff.

Wooden Street is truly an excellent furniture store. I was very impressed with the collection as well as the overall experience. The staff is extremely cooperative, friendly, and provide the right suggestions to help you choose. I have already booked a cupboard, which is yet to be delivered, but I’m confident it will be just as great as the in-store experience. Even my mood lifted after visiting Wooden Street—it was such a pleasant experience. Once I receive my cupboard, I’ll be happy to share another detailed review. I highly recommend everyone to visit this store at least once!
