Very disappointing experience. I bought a laptop bag from this store and from day one the zip was not working properly. I went back to the store and informed them about the issue. They said they would fix it, but it took more than 15 days and the problem was not properly resolved. When I went again, they fixed it only temporarily and the same issue came back. I am very unsatisfied with both the product quality and the service. Not recommended.
