Worth Elite Hotel

Good hotel with a excellent location. Me my wife and 3 children checked in at 11th February arrived from Manchester, UK. Room had everything we needed and only a 5- 10 ( depending on rush) minute's walk to the holy Mosque. The room is small as is the bathroom. The cleaner on the 9th floor does a good job daily. Restaurants and shops all around the hotel. We had a good view of the clock tower on the 9th floor Alaa the customer relations manager is fantastic. She speaks perfectly English and goes above and beyond for her guests. Very friendly lady with great customer service skills.

I recently stayed at Worth Elite hotel Ibrahim Al Khalil Road Makkah and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect - super close to the Haram, making it easy to perform prayers and visit the holy sites. The lady manager was a star! Very professional, polite, and helpful. She ensured our stay was comfortable and answered all our queries patiently. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant stay in Makkah. Would definitely consider it again."

This is our second stay at Worth Elite Hotel, and once again we had a wonderful experience. The room was excellent, very comfortable, and well maintained. One of the best things about this hotel is its perfect location, just a few meters from Al Haram, making it incredibly easy to go for prayers at any time. We were also blessed with a beautiful room view overlooking Al Haram, which made our stay even more special. The hotel is very clean, secure, and well organized. I would especially like to thank Ms. Alaa, who gave us such a warm and generous welcome. She is truly an amazing lady who goes above and beyond to make guests feel valued and comfortable. Her kindness and professionalism made a big difference in our stay.

The staff were very to helpful and got whatever we asked. The design of our room is a bit inconvenient especially the toilet and the shower being next to each other without any separation. Otherwise location is good very easy access to Haram 6 mins walk. Lots of shops nearby.

Worth Elite Hotel was really good as it is not only close to Masjid Al-Haram, but the service was also top notch! Brother Sohail was amazing! He was the lovely housekeeper, who was assigned on our floor (17th) and the 18th floor. He made us feel so welcome and at ease by always being present and providing us the things we needed. My mum and wife also felt so comfortable and looked after because of his amazing housekeeping skills. Praying all the best with Sohail and the whole management of Worth Elite Hotel.

Selim and Alamgir gave us amazing service, very thoughtful and always asking us if we needed anything, they looked after us very well, always around to ask questions and help - big thank you to them for making our stay stress free! Alaa the manager, was very hospitable and always made sure we had everything we needed and gave us a room with a clock tower view. The rooms were clean, had good amenities, and although on the smaller side, had everything you would need, complete with a prayer room downstairs if you can’t make it to the Haram in time for prayer. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the central area of Masjid Al-Haram, it is a very good location, with good access to the Haram and the areas around. Will definitely return!

Worth Elite Hotel – Ibrahim Khalil Road, Makkah, Stayed 9 Nights. We arrived just before Fajr in heavy rain and sadly had a very poor start. The receptionist Saif couldn’t find our confirmed Agoda booking, and despite showing him proof of payment, he said there was nothing he could do and told us to contact Agoda ourselves. He didn’t speak English, was uninterested, and even refused to let us use a toilet or shower to freshen up after travelling. Luckily, a kind hotel guest allowed us to use his shower before we left to perform Umrah. When we returned, everything changed thanks to Alaa. She was incredibly warm, professional, and genuinely caring. She spent a long time resolving the issue, chased her manager, and finally got us checked in. Her patience, kindness, and excellent customer service completely turned our experience around. She even upgraded our room and was always smiling and helpful throughout our stay. Honestly, Alaa is the main reason we would return and recommend this hotel to friends and family. The rooms are clean but slightly small, and the shower water splashes everywhere. Adding a simple curtain or enclosure would make a big difference. The location is fantastic, just a 10-minute walk to Masjid Al-Haram and surrounded by great food places and shops. Housekeeping was also very good with daily cleaning and fresh towels. Apart from the stressful first day, the rest of our stay was comfortable and memorable, thanks especially to Alaa who is the best.

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient. just a 7–10 minute walk to the Haram, with plenty of food options nearby. Miss Alaa made our stay extra special by upgrading us to a room with a view upon request, which truly enhanced our experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very economical. On the downside, the lobby is small and lacks charm, and the rooms are compact with limited space for luggage. Despite these minor drawbacks, the convenience, affordability, and excellent service made our stay enjoyable.

Decent stay and just a 7 minute walk to the Haram mosque boundary. I had requested a stay in the upper floors which was conveniently ignored, nonetheless decent location and overall a nice hotel. Housekeeping is very efficient and quick to respond. I would recommend it to all.

⚠️ À ÉVITER ABSOLUMENT ⚠️ Séjour catastrophique. Chambre trop petite, aucun confort, pas de fer à repasser ni de sèche-cheveux. Impossible de prendre deux douches de suite : pas d’eau chaude. Après chaque douche, l’eau inonde les toilettes. Odeur de gaz persistante dans la salle de bain, situation dangereuse. Après 24 heures, nous demandons un changement de chambre. On nous fait attendre, préparer 7 valises, ce qui nous fait perdre la prière. Finalement, on nous envoie à la chambre 801, seule soi-disant disponible : chambre en rénovation, avec une odeur de peinture insupportable, totalement inhabitable. Plusieurs entrées sont fermées une heure avant la prière, obligeant à faire de longs détours à chaque fois. Ascenseurs avec des temps d’attente extrêmement longs et très mal réglés, rendant les déplacements pénibles. Aucune considération pour les clients, aucune solution sérieuse proposée. Expérience très négative. Hôtel à éviter.

Good atmosphere and very near to haram(gate79). The receptionist was very well mannered, polite, humble. He gave us an upgrade (like we had a booking for a triple room, then he gave us a quad room). The room service staff also so helpful.Highly recommended for whom want a hotel near HARAM.

Pros: Excellent location near Haram Shareef — just a short walk and very convenient for prayers. Great price for the area; very economical. Friendly and supportive staff. Special thanks to Miss Alaa, who was extremely helpful and speaks fluent English, which made everything much easier. Cons: Rooms are on the smaller side. Elevators can be slow during busy times. Overall: I would definitely recommend Worth Elite to anyone looking for easy access to the Mataf and Haram without needing a lot of extra amenities. It’s a comfortable, budget-friendly stay with genuinely helpful staff.

Stayed here few days ago, small claustrophobic rooms , was unclean and unhygienic, small flies everywhere and lack of toiletries (until I asked the next morning). Alaa, the lady at reception was always attentive and friendly . But , not sure how a refurbished hotel , can be so unclean. I used wipes to clean all surfaces , bathroom floor etc The shower splashed everywhere , and no chance cleaning it as towels were supplied everyday but just two. I felt the housekeeping were either overworked, lazy, or did not have any basic hygiene/ equipment skills. Unfortunately, despite how nice Alaa was I could not stay here again and was constantly worried about the children getting sick. They were highly upset by the hygiene

Great room, great location I would come here again. WiFi is the best too. The location is perfect only 10 min from Haram. Only problem is the bathroom the shower is weird, and the elevators are slow but besides that I would come again

My stay at this hotel was unfortunately very disappointing. The bedding was in unacceptable condition, the bathroom was dirty, with humidity on the ceiling and even small flies around. The sheets were not clean, and many details suggested that the cleaning was done very superficially. The only truly positive point is the location, which is excellent. I would also like to thank Habib, the housekeeping staff member, who was very kind, attentive, and clearly doing his best despite the limited resources he seemed to have. On the other hand, the overall organization really needs improvement. The housekeeping supervisor appears to oversee without actually checking the quality: unclean sheets, damp towels, and even toilet paper missing multiple times… It truly feels like no one is properly inspecting the rooms before guests arrive. This hotel has the potential to offer much better, but there is a lot to improve in terms of hygiene, management, and quality control. Unless these issues are addressed, I cannot recommend this place.

Very close to Haram, 6-7 minutes walk to reach the Sehan. The view of clock tower from the room is beautiful. The rooms are on the smaller side but hospitable staff, clean washrooms and attentive house keeping more than make up for it. The house keeping staff even dropped our luggage to near parking lot.

The rooms were small but very well maintained, clean bathroom, good hotel amenities. Specially Miss. Aala, went beyond for the good hospitality, she is so heartwarming and welcoming. However, the housekeeping staff is a bit lazy. Did not even got our luggage to the lobby, we had to do it ourselves. They also were abit naggy in cleaning our room on the second day of our stay. Other than that, everything is perfect.

Shohag has great customer service very efficient very reliable we had a problem with the Room however he resolved it very efficiently gave us a few solutions to which meets our needs then solve that issue in a great timely manner efficiently. He’s very good at problem-solving managers issues very well he’s very attentive quiet calm has very good hospitality and Schultz great professionalism in his work

Très bon hôtel, avec un staff réactif et attentionné. Idéalement situé, à quelques pas seulement de masjid Alharam. La chambre était bien équipée, mais pour trois personnes elle s’est révélée vraiment petite. Autre point à améliorer : les serviettes de douche n’étaient pas propres, avec des taches visibles et une odeur de javel très forte. Dans l’ensemble, cela reste un bon établissement, mais ces détails mériteraient d’être corrigés. Je recommande tout de même pour son emplacement et l’amabilité du personnel.

Decent room, room service Mohammed shakeel was very nice and helpful. Made sure we were looked after and cleaned our rooms early and nicely. Near haram , some rooms have a very good and clear view of clock tower. -floor 1 , room 108.
