Wrangler Store

First store I saw the entrance has wheel chair access and good to see this. Most of the stores nowadays add stairs and no wheel chair access. Now the best part first, the TRIAL ROOM. The trial room is huge. Bigger than a 1BHK kitchen in Bangalore Apartments. BLR apartments can learn something from this. I have never seen such big trial room anywhere in any store. This was the best thing I have vome across. Thank you Wrangler. The store was empty even on Sunday. Its a costly Brand with a jeans starting range from 4k INR. I did try multiple jeans and the one I liked did not have any offer on it so I did not buy. The jeans was kept in a offer aisle by mistake is what I was told. I will come again when I get my salary and buy the jeans which I have tried. Overall the collection is great. If you have money go for it. There are different collections, try something new and you wont regret.

Nowadays, I notice that jeans often have a smoother surface, and the material quality seems lower. A few years ago, there was a great variety of jeans with a textured, warp-weft twill finish that felt much better. Manufacturers should consider bringing back netted or twill-style textured denim instead of relying on smooth-surface fabrics for every pair of jeans."

Usually, I used to have good experience at Wrangler, but it was not the same when I went there on 31st December 2025. First, I could notice that the staff was all new. I usually had very good experience from the earlier staff. This time, the staff were hardly helpful. I selected 2 shirts and wanted height alteration, but the sales person and the tailor denied it. They didn’t want to work on alterations. Initially the sales person tried convincing me that the height alteration will look odd on the shirt. When i insisted, he said, they dont have matching color thread. I told, some difference is fine. Then their version was that the sewing machine was not working. I felt really odd. Why is the owner employing people who has this kind of negative attitude. They’ll spoil the business. I had to walk out without buying. I told those guys that customer always have choices. I got my choice from Pepe Jeans just opposite to Wrangler. They have to realize that its easier to retain existing customers than getting new ones.

Recently shopped from here, they had some good offer going on jeans. The customer assistance was good, they also have good collections.

Like the quality but most of the time they are out of sizes. Only during billing you can find if an item is on discount.

I had a great experience at the store! The collection was stylish, well-organized, and of excellent quality. A special mention to Sidharth, the sales executive, who was extremely helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable. He made the shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. The staff at this store are very customer friendly and extremely helpful. Am a old school jeans freak and they made sure they found something to my liking and ensured I was happy. It's also sad they don't make conventional jeans without wash anymore. Cheers 😊.

Staffs has -depth knowledge of Wrangler products, coupled with a genuine passion for the brand, allows him to offer insightful guidance to customers. Slightly confusion in Men's &women's floor ,make it separate floor for Mens&women's that would be great .

An absolutely nonsense place. People in store don't know anything, standard sizes are not available for most of the items and at billing by mistake if you produce any gift voucher, these people just freeze. No one knows anything at all. They ll keep making several calls, store manager is usually not available and despite wasting lot of time they still can't figure out how to redeem the gift vouchers. If the store in prime location doesn't know how to handle basic things and doesn't have the standard sizes, it is a matter of utmost shame and this is not the first such experience at this store. Absolutely sick experience at the store.

I had a Pathetic experience in this store. The people who maintain the store will not know about the offers and the price displayed in some clothes will not be appropriate. They will confirm only when you bill the product. I was told one price amount when I tried a product and during the billing, it was different! Please be careful while selecting any products in this store.

FRAUD ALERT !!! DONT BUY WRANGLER ONLINE !! They will give extra discount Rs 100 if you pay for the item, but it wont be delivered, customer care wont be reachable even after 30 mins wait, I had to literally mention about raising a consumer complaint. Then got refunded , IF YOU REALLY WANT THE ITEM ORDER BY CASH ON DELIVERY, YOUR MONEY WILL BE SAFE !

Wrangler has always been my favorite brands among denims and its still lived up to my expectations and standards, I live in Indranagar and thankfully WRANGLER has a store 5 minutes drive from my place. Great and very welcoming staff, they'll greet you with a very big smile on their face and make you feel extremely special with the way they assist you with your queries and requirements. Faizaan had a very friendly , courteous and professional attitude, He was kind enough to take me through their entire collections and help me find the perfect fit and size , Thank you Faizaan for an amazing customer service. For those who prefer quality over price , this store has a lot to offer , they have some good amazing collections that you should consider trying.. The product range is very good and one of the few places where we get straight fit jeans for women. The sale offers are great! I really appreciate Srilakshmi for being very friendly and helpful, patiently helping me find the right fit jeans.
