WTT (World Trade Tower)

WTT Ahmedabad has good infrastructure and is well-maintained, making it a decent business tower. However, there are frequent power cuts, which can be inconvenient. The roads leading to the building are not in great condition, and the location feels a bit far from the main city, giving it a village-like vibe. Additionally, many properties in the tower are still empty. While the building itself is good, the surrounding area and basic amenities could be improved.

Access road is very bad otherwise blinding infrastructure is very beautiful it has an sbi bank branch too and other offices. Is directly accessible from SG HIGHWAY TOO

One of the best office spaces. Very well connected to S.G Highway. Decent infrastructure. Expected rent for a furnished office space would come to 40-45k

Nice commercial building with high-tech security

Outers part is not good. Not proper road outside the building
