Juste parfait 😍 chambre et personnel de chambre au top. Petit déjeuner, magnifique, varié, qualitatif, cadre vraiment agréable. Emplacement, au top ! Proche de la gare de métro (ligne verte) ! Proche du quartier populaire, super agréable à toute heures. Personnel d'accueil très serviable. Piscine, très agréable en Rooftop 14eme étage.

Check In was not smooth and the reception keep on asking for extra time. Any cutlery required is chargeable. This is my first ever experience where cutlery is being charged for use. Housekeeping team only doing basic bed making, floors never cleaned and we need to ask for it everyday.

I couldn't get opportunity to stay in this hotel, had opportunity to do presentation in one of the banquet hall. Food was good, facilities were also decent with respect to the audience we had. The hotel staff could have known little more of these events as they're unsure of event. Location really nice as it's walking distance from metro and bus station making very close to public transport facilities. Name changed to Novotel as this creates confusion with Google search.

I had a very bad experience with reception team. Specially Mr. haisom was too rude. I used to go to Gym during the stay . Hardly find any water bottle or water glasses for clients. If can’t keep glass why you kept water dispenser!! . It happens for couple of days and finally one day I called and asked reception . The lady picked up and inform will send it soon .. waited more than 30mnts and called again that time Haisom picked up and he phone and started arguing with me . He shouted and disconnected the phone . Later once gym finished I went to reception and asked why hanged up the phone . He stayed abusing and says this is not India ( did he mean Indian nations are low standard !!) . Very disrespectful approach and I am surprised why Novotel not maintaining the standard !!

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans cet hôtel ! Tout est propre. Le personnel est très accueillant, disponible pour aider. Situé à 5 minutes de marche de la station de métro Gold Souq Il y a des restaurants aux alentours, dans un quartier propre et pas loin des commerces de l'ancien Deira et du centre ville. Je recommande vivement !

The room that was provided to us was a true family room with a large sofa bed and separate room for adults. We were given a suite that had 2 bathrooms. This was exceptional. Their service was excellent. The location was perfect for us as it was close enough to Dubai Mall but far enough from the traffic and congestion.

I had a wonderful stay at Wyndham Dubai Deira. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well maintained. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and offer everything you need for a relaxing stay. Deira area is busy but this hotel sits in a quiet place. The staff were very professional, friendly, and always willing to assist, which made the experience even better. Breakfast had a great variety with fresh and tasty options. The location is convenient, with easy access to transport and nearby attractions. Breakfast was good, had a lot of fruits

Very good staff, the lady name PABASARA and house keeping lady who clean lobby everyday. They are assets to your hotel. Really they are working hard. What I observed from them I am giving my feedback on them. Hotel is excellent. Thank you.

Nam się bardzo podobało! Dostaliśmy ogromny pokój, z bardzo wygodnym materacem. W pokoju kawa, herbata, czajnik. Jedzenie bardzo dobre, duży wybór zarówno na śniadanie jak i obiadokolacje. Obsługa bardzo miła i uczynna zarówno osoby sprzątające jak i w restauracji czy na recepcji. Na samej górze bardzo fajny basen ( można poprosić o ręczniki). Hotel blisko lotniska i metra, które znajduje się po drugiej stronie ulicy. W okolicy kilka sklepów, kawiarnie i blisko targu złota. Do tego był dostępny bus na plażę i z powrotem. I co najlepsze w hotelu jest bardzo cicho, odpoczęliśmy te kilka dni. Uważam, że lepiej trafić nie mogliśmy.

It's the best hotel i have ever been. As it's my third time staying here, i had a great experience. The staff were friendly and cooperative. Also, the credit goes to Manauel Usmane Aujun that indian supervisor as the great professional supervisors who made the parking organised.and a guy named mahesh, he is a funny supervisor And that 2 nepali boys who work as housekeeping and they made my room neat and clean. And the valets 2 pakistani guys, one named was ibrahim who parks the car very nicely and professionally. And in the bar, a guy named ALT he makes the great drinks and also enjoys football us. In the pool, the life guard named KC he is a strict but friendly life guard, and he can detect people making mistakes but is a friendly guy. In spa or gym, there is a philiphino reciptionist who is friendly and gives me the candies when i oass that place. Finally, the receptionist is fast and cooperative. All of them are fast and not being lazy. In total experience 62 days or 3 times trip the Wyndham treated us like kings and Queens with full of luxurious facilities. Thank you, Wyndham 😊

Best hotel we have stayed at the service has been amazing at the Novotel Gold District. We had an incident at the hotel but the team took this very well and understood the situation. We are extremely happy with the service from staff from helping us take our large 10 luggages to and back from our room we really appreciate the service. Highly recommend this hotel we would go back again for sure. Easy access to get around Dubai. Thank You to the manager and all the team members.

Superior King room was very spacious with lots of storage for a long stay. Location near Gold souq metro. Walkable distance. Breakfast is decent with variety of items.

Heisst ja jetzt NOVOTEL DUBAI GOLD DISTRICT. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Metrostation ist 5 Min. entfernt. Rooftop Pool gerade zur Happy Hour so toll!

I booked this hotel on short notice after a terrifying experience elsewhere in Deira. The location is a little away from the busy area but very walkable and just 2 minutes walk from the Green Line. The hotel is well appointed with several dining options, a heated rooftop pool, and well designed rooms with lots of light. The bed was comfortable, seating in room as well. I ate at several places and the food was fresh and tasty. Did not use valet parking but it’s available. But the real highlight was the attentive and caring staff! At the front desk Hakim and Ann were incredibly helpful with all needs, housekeeping left rooms impeccably clean, and just about everyone went the extra mile. I will absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Dubai!

They have very delicious food but their policies are very strange. Few times we had to extend our stay because we came to Dubai for work related purposes and didn’t know we will have delays. As soon as it was 12 pm they called us every day if we stay or leave 😕 but we always booked online on time but they still went crazy but we paid for the rooms online than one of the day they called us and told us to leave. Because the room is taken but online rooms were still showed vacant. It is rude to say to leave in customer service. Showers were not working good the water was either too hot or too cold. It was not pleasant at all. I have a small child and for him hard to shower like that. Rooms were normal and the beds were comfortable. Service in restaurant was okay but the staff never asked us do you want anything they always distant. One of them was very friendly though. They never asked us do you want some water or more food. They have bad policies which should be improved and to make the people feel more comfortable. I have stayed in some hotels with my family but no one ever told us to leave this is very shameful to say. But they are on a nice location. Sadly when it was women only in the gym the receptionist let the men come in the gym. I did notice in the hotel they don’t respect the uae culture and local customs. They should be aware of the local customs. I give them three stars as I like the location and the view and the food.

Hôtel incroyable. Tout est très propre, le personnel est chaleureux, les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits son gigantesques. Il n'y pas un bruit dans les couloirs et les chambres sont bien insonorisées. Les plats sont plutôt épicés mais vraiment digestes. La vue panoramique sur la terrasse est très agréable. Si vous allez boire un verre au Pavilion, prenez un mojito, ils savent très bien les doser. Le métro est à moins de 5 minutes à pied. J'ai adoré séjourner dans cet hôtel !
