The X‑cite Electronics – Fahaheel Branch is a very nice store. The arrangement and segregation of items are excellent, which makes it easy for customers to find what they need. The overall service and customer relationship are also very good, and the sales team is generally helpful. However, I recently had a disappointing experience with a few of the salesmen. Their communication with Indian customers was not very good. This does not apply to all staff members—only a few. Despite this experience, we will continue purchasing from Excite Fahaheel because the store and most of the service are very good. I hope communication with customers improves further in the future. 👍

Got my laptop repaired from them, a laptop I Had brought from them and one I had warranty for too. Well instead of repairing it, this is what they had done 1. Broke a fan, didnt even replace it just left it like that 2. Used thermal paste instead of thermal pads on my cpu, Im pretty surprised that my cpu didnt get fried Overall horrible experience, do not recommend it

I visited Xcite at Lilwan Mall and was very disappointed with the customer service. Staff saw customers needing help but didn’t bother to approach. When asked for assistance, they simply said it’s not their responsibility and directed me elsewhere. Very poor attitude and unprofessional behavior.

Very disappointing customer service from Xcite. I bought a Panasonic mixer grinder worth 30 KD, and it stopped working just 17 days after purchase. When I visited the Xcite store, they informed me that since 14 days had already passed from the date of purchase, replacement was not possible. They also mentioned that Xcite does not provide service support for Panasonic items, and I would need to visit the Panasonic service center in Ardiya at my own expense. I strongly advise against purchasing Panasonic products from Xcite. Extremely disappointed with both the product and the after-sales service. Before buying, please confirm whether Xcite provides after-sales support for the brand you’re purchasing.

I placed an order for the iPhone 17 Pro from Xcite Kuwait online store. When I made the payment, it clearly showed that the delivery would be on 1st October. However, even after several follow-ups, today is 5th October, and I still haven’t received my order. I contacted customer care multiple times, but they were unable to provide any confirmed delivery date. I chose Alghanim Xcite over other stores like Best Al-Yousifi, even though they were offering same-day delivery, because I trusted Xcite’s service and reliability. Unfortunately, this experience has been disappointing — both in terms of delivery delay and lack of proper response from customer support.
