I had a very positive experience with this shop. Staffs are polite and offered best deals. Visited two times for buying mobile and laptop.

Workers are always busy. Will have to wait for shop persons to guide you. Happy that the prices are pretty much same as that of online stores and it feels good to hold your phone after purchasing it rather than waiting for atleast 3 days. Atlast MI joined to "Visit Outlet" Mobile Marketing strategy, well Competitors like Samsung, Oppo & Vivo already knew Indian customer pulse as we would like to feel the phone in hands before buying it. Now MI is following that path.

PLS DONT VISIT SUCH A SHOWROOM IN LIFE OR MI ALSO...... Visited many showroom..but never visited such a worst worse.. brought a MI TV ONLY ONE OR TWO STAR ARE GOOD RELEST ALL.ARE USELESS THEY ONLY TELL SEE AND FINAL .They think money is growing in tree.. I brought tv for my BIL brought tv for 32k the MI manger brained washed and said tv take extended warranty for 1 one year will be added one year and he added in bill such a worse service.... he said points will come if u buy this tv but still it's been more than 10 days points has not been received.... My BIL has visited the showroom.but they said it will come from one week are in follow up.simce we are following up now when I asked for points matter they are saying POINTS ALL COME and I ASKED WHILE BUYING U SAID IT WILL COME HE SAYING SO RUDE IT WAS THAT TIME NOT NOW .SUCH CHEATER TO SEEL TV SAYING ALL LIES...NOW I HAVE WIPPED MY HDFC CC he said no int but now when my statement comesni will know wat is situation wat a fraud people .. WHEN I ASKED WAT ABOUT POINTS HE SAYING COME AND TAKE UR MONEY AND GO HE IS THINKING I AM.SUCH CHEAP.PERSON Pls don't visit innkife be careful guys.

Worst service. Irresponsible reply. Try are not respect the customers. Rude reply for the customers enquiries. Rate huge difference ( Highly ) when compared with online and other showroom , branches. They are simply told that don't come to their Perambur showroom.

Very Bad Experience on buying MI tv in this showroom. Total money loss. TV got repaired twice in the first month of purchase. They are not ready to replace or return money. They just happily received tv back and no response after that. Very cheap behaviour. Please don't buy anything here. Even not worthy for 1 star

Mr Jeeva sales executive was excellent in explaining unbiased good experience

There is no demo phones. So, i don't know why company opened showroom. For sales we have online shops. Here sales persons also lies very nicely if you ask for demo phones that they will arrange a demo phones in next day. But when we visit next day they say that demo phone will be available in next week only. This is the situation for 6months back released phones. So imagine about latest released phones. So, finally in my personal opinion visiting this showroom is a waste of time.
