I had a very disappointing experience with Y-Axis and strongly advise anyone to do thorough research before signing up.
Despite paying the full amount upfront, their guidance and communication were extremely poor. Responses often took days, and when I finally got replies, they rarely contained useful or actionable information. I was initially advised not to start my Professional Year (PY) in the beginning , guidance that later turned out to be completely counterproductive. Only after my skills assessment failed did the team bring up PY as an option, by which time I had already lost valuable months in my Australian PR process. Had the consultants been proactive or shown even basic foresight, they would have guided me to prepare for multiple pathways from the beginning. I had to do my own research and enrol in the PY myself because the team was neither proactive nor up to date with the current migration practices.
The only time they were truly proactive was during the onboarding and payment stage. After that, while the team occasionally responded, their replies were often delayed, vague, or lacked meaningful guidance.
To make matters worse, I was misled about my refund. In late July, I was told that my refund request had already been submitted and would take about 30 days to process, and that the accounts team would contact me directly. However, after weeks of silence and multiple follow-ups, I later in September learned that my refund had not actually been processed at that time. This misleading information and lack of transparency are completely unacceptable.
I was forced to discontinue due to their poor guidance, false promises, and misleading information. The entitlement to keep most of my money despite failing to deliver what was promised feels deeply unethical and unfair.
Do NOT sign up with Y-Axis unless you want to risk losing your money and time.

UPDATE
After posting this review, I was contacted twice by Y-Axis. During the first call, the branch manager repeatedly mentioned their “legal team,” which felt like an attempt to intimidate me into removing my honest review. I asked that my complaint be escalated to senior management, and was told the matter would be referred to their “legal team.”
During these discussions, I was also told I could “avail other services” , for Canada or Germany visas even though my application was for Australia. This made no sense and clearly showed a lack of understanding and accountability. I was even told I could “transfer my service” to someone else, as if I would ever recommend this experience to anyone. This is a clear example of their inability to handle complaints or provide relevant guidance.
Despite explaining everything in detail and sharing screenshots that clearly prove the delays and misleading guidance, there was no acknowledgment of their errors or accountability for how my case was handled. The overall experience from vague replies, to long delays, to being pressured over the phone has been extremely stressful and unprofessional.
It is my right to share my honest experience. I remain open to a fair resolution (I am seeking at least a 70% refund) and will update this review if a genuine resolution is reached. Until then, my original review stands as an accurate and evidence-backed account of what happened.
