They are cheaters, I enrolled in Y-Axis Germany Job Program and paid around ₹60,000. At the time of joining, I was assured by their team that I would get job opportunities/interview calls within a short period. Even after 3 months, I did not receive a single interview call or offer. Later, they replied that they are not responsible for providing jobs and only do resume circulation and registrations. The services provided are very basic and do not justify the high fee charged. I feel misled, and despite raising refund requests, they are refusing to return my money. This is extremely disappointing. I am sharing this review so others are aware before investing their hard-earned money. Transparency and honesty should come first in any consultancy service.

I had a very disappointing experience with Y-Axis consulate services provided for B1/B2 visa. 1. They did not book the visa slot as per the requirements I clearly provided. 2. Their process was extremely slow, and I rarely got proper responses to my questions. 3. They claimed to have “experts” who would closely handle each individual case, but in reality, they just handed over a generic set of questions without any personalized guidance. 4. They promised to provide tailored answers based on my situation and the details I shared, but no such answers were ever given. 5. All they did was conduct three mock sessions, which were of very little use. 6. The overall service quality does not justify the high price they charge. I feel that their service is not worth the money at all, and I’m highly disappointed. I would not recommend Y-Axis to anyone looking for reliable and professional visa guidance.

Extremely Disappointed with Y-Axis Consulate Services I had a highly unsatisfactory experience with Y-Axis and do not recommend their visa consultation services for the following reasons: Ignored Requirements: Despite clearly sharing my visa slot preferences, they failed to book according to my specifications. Slow and Unresponsive: The overall process was painfully slow, and I rarely received timely or helpful responses to my queries. False Promises of Expertise: They claimed to assign visa experts for individual cases, but all I received was a generic list of questions no personalized guidance at all. Lack of Customized Support: Although they promised to provide answers tailored to my background and documents, nothing specific was ever offered. Limited and Unhelpful Mock Sessions: I was given just three mock interviews, which lacked depth and didn’t prepare me meaningfully. Not Worth the Price: For the high fee they charge, the service quality was extremely poor and disappointing. No Follow-up from Sales Representative: Pradeep Chaitanya Manepalli from the Sales team convinced us to join Y-Axis, but after we enrolled, he completely stopped responding even after multiple follow-ups. This reflects a serious lack of accountability and professionalism. I found their services overpriced, unorganized, and lacking any real value. If you're looking for genuine, personalized, and professional visa assistance, I strongly suggest exploring other options. I truly regret trusting Y-Axis and would not recommend them to anyone. So I sincerely request other customers: do not join Y-Axis. It is not worth your time, money, or trust.

Yaxis is a scam. Students be careful when u deal with Yaxis. Once u make the required payment the reps.at Yaxis Mumbai n Hyderabad will not even answer yr call n even if they do answer they will give u false promises n ask u to answer the exam saying yr score is not allowing u to go ahead with the process. My son went tru this procedure n so m shattered wasting r time n money of 2 lakhs. It's a scam n they target youngsters who wish to pursue their career n dream of going abroad for a bright future. It's such a shame on Yaxis to target students with false hopes n promises. Some of us even take loans to pay the greed of Yaxis n their representatives. I was promised that if my son doesn't succeed in getting the job part of the money paid to Yaxis wud b refunded but no response. SCAM ALERT. My brother paid 60k for job search abroad. They promised interview calls. He did not receive ONE call. And when we questioned them, they said they’re trying but market is bad and all other excuses of the world. They did not tell this before paying. This is big big scam. Students and other professionals need to stay away from this consultancy. They make us sign papers that amount will not be refunded AFTER promising interview calls. They are frauds and I’m going to go legal very soon.

I had a terrible experience with this consultancy. They took a huge amount of money with the promise of helping me get a visitor visa, but gave absolutely no proper guidance at any stage. The team was unprofessional, careless, and completely untrustworthy. To make matters worse, they booked a fake appointment and tried to cover it up, which clearly shows they are running a fraudulent operation. When I tried to ask for clarification or a refund, they stopped responding and kept giving false assurances.

After going through this, I realized the more effective and reliable way is to search for jobs directly on platforms like LinkedIn. Focus on your target country, update your profile with relevant skills, and use filters like "Visa Sponsorship" or "Relocation Support" to find companies that actually offer sponsorship. Since doing this, I’ve started receiving genuine calls from recruiters. My advice: Don’t rely solely on paid consultancy services based on a few positive reviews. Absolute scam! We signed up for US H1B services for my friend! At first they say all hunky dory stories! The sale person Jameel and Mohammed were boasting how they have 20k+ companies in their directory but once the amount is paid they vanish into thin air! You are forwarded to another person and they take their own sweet time to respond! Even after paying hefty money, they lack the basic etiquette to answer calls or call back! Every time a question is raised you get the same answer that we will get back to EOD and they disappear! They just copy pasted my friend resume and cover letter in to a different template! First they said they will share company list once after making payment! But even after 10 days not even single company was approached! Then they turn back and say how niche your resume is and you won’t get big companies! They brain wash you into applying as externals into some low tier companies! With US regulations changing overnight last Friday. They are simply trying to run away with our hard earned money! Without doing any work they are scamming lakhs of rupees! Do not believe in the positive reviews, they are numerous negative reviews all over internet and even if you question regarding that they will tell you they have 95% positive and only 5% are negative! Their sales team job is to take money from you and they vanish! You get assigned to a random person and that person will also vanish in a week! With new regulations, no one can apply for US H1B visa from outside the US without a 100k sponsor! Even now their sales persons will be making false promises to some poor soul that US will lift the restrictions! Any ethical and moral company will pay back the applicants once the regulations are blocking the process! But no! Y-Axis is an absolute horrendous and hideous group who are scamming and looting people in the name of consulting services! They are the definition of snake oil salesmen! Please, please stay away from them! Don’t lose your hard earned money like we did!

⭐☆☆☆☆ This is a trap. At the start, Y-Axis told me with 65 points I would get an invitation from Australia. After I paid, their story changed — suddenly they said I need to aim for the maximum score. Tell me, how is this possible for working professionals? They lure you with false promises, then keep shifting the goalpost to make you spend more money. In the end you only lose big money with no results. My advice: please do your own research before applying. Don’t just believe what they say.

Below 1 star experience. All there good reviews are paid don't believe it. They are just a rip off. Scammed me and my friend for Canada Pr visa and Us visa. They will give you numerous calls in a day before you being process with them, once you pay these scammers they then ignore you and you have to chase them for their below mediocre service. Huge redflag ‼️stayaway.

They are cheaters. They have a very bad attitude.and they take the money before doing any work. After taking the money, they will give you various excuses, and your work will not be done.When you ask for your money back, they will say there is no option for a refund, and a refund cannot be given.This is a kind of cheating. They take your money and don't do your work. So, please stay away from them. I've already lost 56,000 rupees, and there's no refund or any work done. I had a good experience with Y-Axis back in 2014 for UK Business Visa documentation, so I reached out to them again recently for a Tourist Visa (Family). Unfortunately, this time the experience has been disappointing. After payment, a consultant was assigned, but from then on, I had to follow up for almost everything. The biggest concern was with the documentation — the cover letter had major errors, including wrong passport numbers and bank details. These are basic yet critical details, and I had to escalate the matter to get them corrected.

Absolutely useless, charged 2k for a basic presentation with no useful information. They couldn't even understand my job profile. On complaining, the team lead called and promised to provide useful info but didn't do that either. Don't waste your time and money on these useless consultants, you can do better by yourself.

❌ BIG SCAM, STAY AWAY I paid Y-Axis and their Australian immigration team for a 3-month job search service, based on their promise to actively help me secure a relevant job aligned with my career and immigration goals. Unfortunately, my experience was completely disappointing and felt like an outright scam. For the whole period, they only applied to about 20 jobs per week using the “quick apply” feature on Indeed — something that takes less than 5 minutes and could have been done by anyone, without any effort or strategy. Even after repeatedly explaining my career objectives, they continued applying to irrelevant positions, showing no understanding of my profile or industry. In the entire 3 months, they only managed to get me 3 interviews: - 2 completely irrelevant jobs, not even matching my skills or experience. - 1 turned out to be a scam job. Despite countless follow-up emails and phone calls asking for accountability or a refund, they completely ignored me. The service was highly unprofessional, careless, and ultimately useless — wasting my money, time, and hope. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Y-Axis. Their promises are misleading and their service lacks any real value. It feels like they just take your money and do the bare minimum to appear active, without genuinely helping you.

The consultant that I was assigned to was Suresh Mudumala who was friendly, patient and persistent. He had clear knowledge on the documentation process, the documents needed and was helpful in get all the files segregated. He proactive followed-up to ensure that all required documents were collated. Ultimately, it was an effective collaboration.
