Yahoo has many subsidiaries in Singapore including Qoo10, an online trading platform. In my opinion, Yahoo doesn't do a good job in governing their affiliates. In my case, Qoo10's customer support is useless. I purchased the Qxpress delivery coupon from Qoo10 but was rejected to serve. Qoo10 just keep pushing the matter back and let me deal with Qxpress myself and it was a horrible nightmare. Qoo10 just not gonna protect customer once they got the money/commission.
