Professional staff and modern atmosphere. The quality of the food is great, but there are some major incorrect design choices. Good: Raw salmon was priced decently but tastes better than many high-end Japanese restaurants in Kuwait. Was very fresh and tasteful. The chicken gyoza tastes exactly how it would in Japan, extremely authentic taste. The salad's vegetables were very fresh and flavorful. Bad: Beef ramen sauce tasted like sukiyaki sauce rather than normal ramen sauce. The katsu curry's sauce felt watered-down, both consistency and taste, it tested more typical middle Asian curry rather than Japanese-styled curry. The miso soup was too tasty and a little bland. The vegetable fried rice lacked deep flavors. The vegetable fried noodles had a strong sweet taste, which is very odd and very rare in Japan. And finally, the sushi rice was too sour with a strong flavor that was competing with the salmon's deep, soothing flavor. Also, the soy sauce tasted a little oxidized due to it being exposed to air for a long time. Will go again to tests other dishes. But despite the odd flavor profiles and taste choices for many dishes, it still managed to properly get two important things other restaurants fail to; raw fish (sushi) and gyoza.

I loved it tooo much specially the dynamite shrimp which was one from the best in kuwait , also the beef curry with rice was extremely perfect , the place it self was combine with the complex which caused some annoying but the food was worth it to come for.

Food (4/5): The menu was extensive, catering to a wide range of palates. The sushi was fresh, and the sashimi simply melted in my mouth. The tempura was light and crispy, without being greasy. My only minor gripe is that the edamame was slightly overcooked, which affected the texture. However, this was a minor flaw in an otherwise delicious meal. Service (4/5): The staff was polite and attentive. Value (4/5): While the prices were on the higher side, I felt the quality of the food and the overall experience justified the cost. It's a place I'd frequent for casual dining. In summary, this Japanese restaurant is a delightful find that offers a cozy ambiance, delicious food, and attentive service. I deducted one star for the slightly overcooked edamame, but this is minor issues that can be easily addressed. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic and satisfying Japanese dining experience.

Absolutely Amazing, I ended up getting two family packs for up to eight people, Delicious sushi. A big thanks to all the folks that put together and prepared such amazing food. I will be ordering again very soon.

Guys i swear, this is my husband and I favorite place to eat sushi in! 😍 the food is amazing, it’s just perfect every time! Try the q8 maki! And if ur hungry just order one of the boats, you will not be disappointed 😍

It is pretty cozy and the food is delicious tbh. Also the service is decent beside they are so accurate in the orders.They give free original Japanese green tea after the meal if you asked.Plus it's so cheap compared to other Japanese restaurants!♡

Very tasty food.. have gone there multiple times because of the yummy food. Tried sushi, crab soup, noodles, chicken salad, katsu curry. Katsu curry spicy tasted very good. The soup was very thick and heavy with good amount of crab meat in it. Their condiments are a variety .. Pocket friendly and tasty. the seating capacity is limited though. Thankfully we got seats whenever we whent. Other items tried and which are also good are: Fried calamari Beef ramen Katsu curry Crab soup Dynamite shrimp Mixed salad Noodles

As usual the chicken curry is super yummy The noodles was small portion and juicy I didn't like the noodles! Salad was good Service was good Tasty food and good quality ingredient Clean and neat place Reasonable price

Used to be my favorite Japanese restaurant, not anymore. A very steep decline in food quality. Also they only offer salmon sushi dishes, no tuna.

A Japanese restaurant with very good quality food and nice service. The prices are very cheap compared to other places, yet the food taste luxurious, I definitely recommend it. Its the best Japanese restaurant in Kuwait! 🇯🇵

These last 3 times at yaki were horrible 1- not fresh food and sashimi 2- very squished maki rolls ( doesn’t look like a roll but more of an old tv screen 📺) 3- slow staff that have hard time understanding English 4- lumpy chunks of rice... 5- miso soup is not boiling and crackling like it usually does n seaweed are mush...
