Yas Bay

Yas Bay is one of the best waterfront destinations in Abu Dhabi. The atmosphere is lively yet relaxing, especially in the evening when the weather is nice. The promenade is clean, modern, and perfect for a sunset walk with beautiful sea views. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés with great variety, whether you’re looking for casual dining or something more upscale. It’s also home to Etihad Arena, which makes the area even more exciting during events and concerts. Overall, Yas Bay is a great place to hang out with friends or family. Highly recommended!

Nice place to walk. Abu dhabi water taxi also there you can take good rides with very cheap prices. Most of restaurants are bar or serving alchool. so it's not much suitable for muslim culture. But family can make nice walk kids they can play in some area. Ethihad arena is also ther.

Hier ist immer etwas los. Tolle Restaurants und Bars reihen sich aneinander und werden durch Fitnessstudios und der gleichen ergänzt. Ein großer Parkplatz ist vorhanden und ist eigentlich immer gut nutzbar, sofern nicht Feste wie Silvester anstehen oder in der Etihad Arena Veranstaltungen stattfinden. Spezielles Flair entsteht durch die Beleuchtung und die Kunstwerke.

It's a very nice place to visit, whether coming for a bite to eat or a drink with friends, and with all the development that is happening on the bay, this will only improve the overall experience for everyone.

I really loved yas bay it’s nice and calm full of people but not that full you feel at ease going around the area with many pleasant sighting its an escape from the overly crowded Dubai although I love Dubai but I found it a place for a peace of mind anyway it’s a nice change of atmosphere and a different nice vibe

Good place to watch fireworks. Not very crowded like other places still needs to come atleast 90 mins early to avoid traffic

Great atmosphere, sights and restaurants. Fun time always! Great to walk the waters edge and see all the people having fun. Met friends, had a drink and meal and got some great pictures of the area. Will be back.

We went on 1st of Dec 2025...it was a happening place, we saw firework ls at 9 pm... Nice and noisy place.... Family had fun.....

Visited Yas Bay with my family and we loved the atmosphere. Beautiful waterfront views and a relaxing vibe. Plenty of restaurants and cafés to choose from. Nice walking areas and comfortable outdoor seating. Clean, organized, and family‑friendly. A perfect place to spend an evening in Abu Dhabi.

Herzliche Grüße. Ich war im Februar dieses Jahres hier und es war wunderschön. Die Sicherheit ist auf höchstem Niveau, alles ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Nachtlebens ist zwar nicht viel los, aber für einen Familienbesuch ist es phänomenal. Die Preise sind etwas höher als in Europa, aber das ist in diesem Teil der Welt im Allgemeinen der Fall. Letztendlich lohnt es sich, diesen Teil der Welt zu besuchen.

Nice place with lot of food options & great restaurants, good walk and family & friends get to gather. Next to Etihad Arena, lot of free parking in multi levels parking building just across the road (infront of the place) There’s a connecting pedestrian bridge as well and it would be great to have it once it’s completed and opened for use. This place also have Ladies and Gents prayer rooms and public toilets plus complimentary usage of buggies with driver to help families commute if they would prefer to sit in

Decent place for an evening visit. Part of the walk along the sea is still under construction. The walkway is lined with many restaurants. You'd get a wide variety of food but it is highly over-priced and the quality is just about average. The Hilton is overwhelmingly visible throughout the walkway. There are some personal cruise options as well that one can take

This Waterfront is a part of overall Yas Island being developed. Several F&B options to choose from (a little overpriced though) There’s also a gaming arcade (with pool tables, Arcade games and bowling lane) and a beach club you can go to, depending on what you’re feeling like doing The Hilton Hotel is a backdrop for the entire waterfront You can also hire a yatch on which you can party or a boat you can get on that takes you around the bay / creek and look at a few nearby landmarks. Both are good options to go for at sunset. We went on a Saturday evening / night, and near the Etihad Arena, there was a flea / weekend market where there were a few activities happening. Very lively and vibrant atmosphere. A lot of the construction is still ongoing , which blocks the views from most of the restaurants / pubs Also, there’s a buggy service operating here. But the staff that operates it is very rude and they need a better approach towards visitors. Can definitely spend a good evening here while in Yas Island. If staying at Abu Dhabi, you can have a similar experience there itself rather than driving down just for this.

Yas Bay is an emerging waterfront destination with great potential, but currently, the main sea view is blocked due to ongoing construction. Once completed, it is expected to become a lively hotspot, especially for bachelors, featuring live music, beachfront restaurants, and a vibrant sunset atmosphere.

I recomand to go for a nice dinner and a boat ride. The Water Taxi for 20 AED for a 45 min trip to take nice pictures of the city skyline. Afterwards you can enjoy dinner at one of the many restaurants and keep the deserts option for EL & N!

A wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the spectacular fireworks during the Eid holidays. It’s a safe and family-friendly place where you can walk, unwind, eat, and drink comfortably. However, the public parking area is quite limited compared to the valet option. The valet service, which costs AED 25, could be better managed — the staff seemed disorganized and crowded, and they would benefit from better training and supervision. Aside from that, everything else is free and well-maintained.

Yas bay is really an amazing water side evening spot. This place has many good cafe and bar. We visit there for the fireworks that take place on Eid and UAE National Day celebrations.
