Mostly open drainage outside this. Hence your car may smell dirty. Better to park under bridge

This is high rise building with Commercial on front side and backside into 2-3 bhk flats. Overall, Front side commercial shops like Reliance smart, Born Homie, William Johns Pizza, etc very famous. Flats are smaller but affordable so one can visit if they are looking for property for Home.

The malls,atm,bank and hospital are very nearby from our location. Its safe out going here. Locality and environment is really nice here.. behind there is riverfront..we also get autos and cabs easily and ola uber is also easily available here.. hospital is 15 min away only so if there is emergency we can go easily... Probably there is no problem nearby My locality only one problem is there which is of water sometimes there is a very issue of water because of motor switch in My building.. else everything is perfect.

The construction quality of this building appears subpar, as evident from its rapid deterioration within a few years. Furthermore, the poorly planned parking arrangement and mismanagement often obstructs the road, leading to congestion and nuisance due to overcrowding. There is dirty garbage in and around its exit gate, which no one bothers to clear n keep on piling

Are there flats available for rent now ?

Reliance smart at Ground floor with roadside view is a good super store selling groceries, provisions, dairy products, vegetables, fruits and many household items of good quality at very competitive prices. Parking spaces available for all vehicles free.

it has many shops here to have a perfect meal like. mac donalds, pizza tune, william john, and d pizza, also there is reliance supermarket so you just don't need to go anywhere. everything is present around you

Bad experience services VERRY poor. They r constraints on big family. not a songle person. Or small family. Not well hygiene. Roti not repeated back to bak if ypu told at prder time. Waiter argues lots doesn't axecept you're complain if hair views in roti or papad roast more than limit. Bad services never back again.

I visited this place for renting a apartment here . Place seems to be good but as it is surrounded by under construction site . I cancelled this move there .
