Yelagiri hills

Yelagiri, Eastern Ghats Hills, is at a height of 1410. It's in Tirupattur Dist of Tamil Nadu. Chennai is 220 km and Bangalore is 160 km away by road. Excellent ghat road with two lanes and 14 hairpin bends. Types of lodging, resorts and home stats are available and rents are based on amenities and facilities provided. Limited Vegetarian restaurants are there on the Hills. Otherwise all restaurants provide non-veg & veg foods with South & North Indian, Chinese menus. A lot of tourist spots are worth visiting. Fundera Birds Park has variety of birds and Aquarium at the entrance. Next Selfie Panda is decorated with colourful lightings (you can enjoy visiting during night) with Fish Spa, shopping, etc. Boating is also there.

One of the best hill stations to visit from Chennai if you're mainly going for the climate. However, it’s not the best choice if you want to explore many tourist attractions. The entire area tends to shut down by 9 PM, and it’s hard to find food or shops open after that.

Relaxing place with lesser crowd and within budget. Not much of public site seeing, but private entertainment parks/gaming zones were established to spend happy times.

A nice cozy hamlet tucked away in the eastern ghats. Very accessible from Bangalore and Chennai. Plenty of options now for stay. Hotels as well as houses. Some interesting activities too nowadays

This place is not yet popular among tourists. Such peaceful place. Plan your next holiday to Yelagiri hills!

Good place to visit. Mainly kids enjoy the most. Lots of small amusement parks, pet sanctuaries, boating, chocolates making factories, selfie panda station, etc are available. It's basically a good pinic spot for kids.

Bike ride to Yelagiri hills. As usual I enjoyed the ride. The weather was ideal. The scenic view was breathtaking. It was a ride to remember....

Go when temp is low..for a perspective 1/4 of Yercaud..but during winter climate is enjoyable

A good sunset spot which can travel from Bengaluru and Hosur in a day.

This place is a waste to visit as there are no good sightseeing spots . Lake is like a small pond, roads are narrow, hot in day in December also
