We liked everything about this hotel especially the location. It's the best, right behind Republic Square. We walked to all major attractions such as Cascade Complex, Vernissage Market, Saint Gregory Church, North Avenue, Yerevan opera house and many more. Our room was big, comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and overall our stay was wonderful at this hotel. Highly recommended!

I stayed at Yerevan Place, and my experience was very comfortable. The location is great — everything is within walking distance, which made getting around really convenient. The service was excellent, and the staff were helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed. I tried the breakfast included with the room. The options weren’t many, but the quality was good and it was a nice start to the day. Overall, Yerevan Place is a solid choice for a comfortable stay, great service, and a convenient location.

I stayed here last year (summer 2024). It was a prime location right next to Republic Square and the epicenter of Yerevan. The suite was very nice and clean, the room service was excellent, and the cleaning staff was always more than happy to help us whenever we were ready. The staff was very nice especially Maryam and Andre. They spoke English well and the food and drinks they serve are delicious the only thing I would say is that they were really expensive but you can't expect less at an international hotel I guess 🤷🏻😂

Я человек внимательный к деталям. Отель понравился: вежливый и приятный персонал, чисто, номер был свежим, не прокуренным. шампунь и бальзам, мыло в душе хорошего качества, есть утюг и чайник в номере. Удобный матрас. Очень тихо, я отлично выспалась. На завтрак пришла почти в 11 утра, и стол ломился от качественной вкусной разнообразной еды. чувствуешь себя хорошо принятым гостем. Уехала в очень хорошем настроении и под приятным впечатлением. Местоположение — самый центр. В следующий приезд в Армению с удовольствием выбрала бы этот снова

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a great experience. The place is beautiful, well-maintained, and everything from the rooms to the service was impressive. However, the only downside I experienced was with the luggage service. On the day of checkout, I called in advance and asked for assistance with the luggage, but no one came to help. Eventually, we had to carry the bags ourselves because the staff said we should handle it, even though other guests were being helped later. That was a bit disappointing, especially given how great everything else was. Still, despite this issue, I would recommend the hotel for its quality, comfort, and overall atmosphere.

Excellent location Excellent service provided by the most friendly staff, especially the reception staff, and very big big thanks to most welcoming staff (Meri). She helped us a lot and was always smiling and showed an excellent, friendly atmosphere. The room was in a good size, very comfortable and clean. I think toilet doors will need to be looked at, as they can't be closed. Didn't try the food. When you contact hotel service and request something, either you won’t receive it at all or, if you do, it will take multiple calls and a long time to get there. The location is relatively good, but the view is right across from an office building, which doesn’t feel very comfortable. You should completely forget about having a refrigerator in this hotel, as it’s a tiny one that doesn’t cool anything. The room is relatively spacious, and the bathroom is acceptable. However, regarding room cleaning, during my 6-night stay, I never saw the bedspread being changed even once. Overall, the service at this hotel is quite poor. The breakfast is very average, and I think other hotels I’ve stayed in were better. The staff is polite, but don’t expect any real assistance from them.

World class hotel in the heart of Yerevan. You are literally 1 min from the Republic Square, 5 min to the metro and yet there is absolutely no street noise. Plus beautiful, clean rooms, friendly staff and a 24hr gym.

Персонал очень доброжелательный и внимательный, завтрак вкусный и разнообразный. Номера чистые и уютные, а расположение отличное — в самом центре города, в пешей доступности от главных достопримечательностей. Прекрасный отель, который я с удовольствием рекомендую!

Почти весь свой визит был в этом отеле. В реальности лучше чем на фото, все добротно и в идеальном состоянии, вежливый персонал. Анна вообще милашка, оперативно решает все вопросы) Из минусов только некоторые номера со столбом внутри. Бронируйте лучше хороший номер без него. И напротив соседнее здание, где все курят на балконе и смотрят на отель, приходится завешивать окна😅 Ночью комфортно и тихо, со звукоизоляцией все ок. Рекомендую

Terrible. The breakfast is 20 euros per person. The interior is terrible and a bit old-fashioned, the windows in the room are not clean. The only good thing is location and in te the lobby of the hotel there is ATM.A terrible place for holidays.

The hotel is conveniently located and the room was very clean. The best thing about the hotel, though, is the staff; everyone at the reception is friendly and very accommodating! Highly recommended.

I tried this hotel during my stay in Yerevan for two nights. The location is perfect. It's located at Republic Square and near all the major sightseeing in the city. The room was nice and clean with a huge bathroom. The staff were nice and friendly especially the recipient girl (I can't remember her name but she) it was the perfect place to stay to celebrate my birthday trip. The price was great for the value and location. I'm definitely going to book at the hotel if I'm in Yerevan again.
