این هتل از شما هزینه یک هتل ۵ ستاره را دریافت می‌کند ولی خدماتی در حد یک هاستل خوب را به شما ارایه می‌کند. برند یوتل در چندین فرودگاه دیگر نیز خدماتی مشابه همین را ارایه می‌دهد که برای اهل سفر ، شناخته شده است. محیط ساکت و عالی برای استراحت بین پروازهای ترانزیت. به نظر من تنها نکته منفی، گران بودن قیمت است. پس از پرداخت این هزینه‌ ی زیاد، توقعی مطابق با آن در ذهن شما شکل میگیره ولی پس از ورود به اتاق، ممکن است حس زیان و سرخوردگی برای شما بوجود بیاید.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service from YOTEL at Istanbul Airport. I made my reservation through Booking.com for a stay during a long layover — something I’ve done several times before at this hotel despite the very high price, simply because of the convenience of the airside location. Unfortunately, due to the current regional conflict, Kuwait Airport was suddenly closed and it became completely impossible for me to travel. This situation was entirely outside of my control. When I contacted the hotel to explain the circumstances, I expected at least some understanding or flexibility. Instead, I received a blunt response saying the reservation could not be cancelled. There was no apology, no attempt to offer an alternative such as rescheduling the booking, no credit for a future stay, and no effort whatsoever to show empathy for the situation. For a premium-priced airport hotel that serves international travellers — many of whom are vulnerable to sudden travel disruptions — this level of customer service is frankly unacceptable. Even a small gesture of goodwill would have gone a long way. I have stayed at YOTEL Istanbul Airport before and chose it again because of those previous experiences, but this response has completely changed my opinion. If your travel plans are disrupted for reasons beyond your control, do not expect any support or flexibility from this hotel. I would strongly caution other travellers to think carefully before booking here, particularly given how expensive the rooms are. If something goes wrong with your journey, you may be left entirely on your own.

Yes it's expensive. But I landed after midnight and had a noon flight the next morning and I didn't want to process through immigration, take an Uber, and then come back to the airport and go through security again. Instead I proceeded through the transit security went to the Yotel, and then was directed upstairs to the sleep cabin that I had pre-reserved. Both the staff member at night and the staff in the morning were so friendly and helpful. My cabin was very comfortable and I got a full eight hours of sleep before my flight. My only complaint was the shared bathroom, which could have been cleaner and the shower door could have been sealed better:

DO NOT STAY HERE! BUYER BEWARE! My flight was canceled at 2 AM on Saturday. I went to the counter and explained to the gentleman that my new flight wasn’t until 7 AM on Sunday. He told me the room was $400 for the night — exhausted, I agreed. He also told me check-out was at 11 AM. A few hours later, I was woken up by someone knocking on my door telling me I had to leave immediately. When I spoke to the manager, he told me I’d have to pay an additional $250 to stay, something that was never explained upfront. Instead of helping, he smirked as if he was doing me a favor. I travel often, and even in NYC a hotel isn’t $650 for a single night. This was completely unreasonable and felt like a bait-and-switch. ——— UPDATE ——— (since the manager turned off his replies) Thank you for your response. I need to clarify a few things openly. When I checked in at 3:00 AM, I explained clearly that my original flight had been canceled and that my new flight wasn’t until 7:00 AM the following day (Sunday). Your staff member acknowledged this and quoted me $400, telling me “check-out is at 11 AM.” Given that I had just explained I needed the room until Sunday morning, I understood this as 11 AM the next day, not just 8 hours later. At no point did your staff explain that staying until my new flight would cost $650 total or that I would be woken up and asked to leave. Had that been made clear, I would have never agreed to the room. Being woken up, told to leave, then told I had to pay an additional $250 was frustrating and came across as extremely poor communication. And lastly — my last name is Limpias, not “Simpliar.” I’m not sure whether that was an intentional childish insult or simply careless, but either way, it’s unprofessional and unnecessary in a formal response. I’m not disputing your policies; I’m disputing how they were communicated. I hope my experience helps prevent this from happening to future guests. For those wondering you can go 10 minutes down the road to the Hilton for $130, save yourself the hassle.

It is a rubbery! People unpleasant at the reception. 325 euros for 2 people for a very smal room and 20 euros each for a very poor breakfast with akwards tables and chairs and not even a decent coffee. To avoid absolutely.

YOTEL Air at Istanbul Airport is convenient for transit passengers, offering clean and compact rooms located directly inside the terminal. However, the price feels unjustifiably high considering the room size and overall value. It is suitable for short layovers when convenience is critical, but expensive for what it offers. To find the hotel more easily inside the terminal, it is helpful to use the airport information screens and search for “YOTEL.”

This hotel takes unfair advantage of the passengers who are stuck at Istanbul airport and want a hotel for a night. For the price you pay you expect top of the line treatment, instead you feel that they are doing you a favor instead. There are no toiletries provided which is a shame for the price they charge. The breakfast option is also extra amount which again should have been included. Overall a poor experience. Not recommended unless you really really have to and have no choice. Not worth the price they charge.

Attention ABUS CARACTERISÉ ! Pour la somme de 180 euros vous avez accès à une cabine de 4 m2 sans point d'eau, sans douche, sans toilette !!! Il vaut mieux sortir de la zone de l'aéroport pour réserver une vraie chambre d’Hôtel à quelques minutes et pour une somme de moins de 100 euros et un confort international. Ils poussent même l'abus avec le sourire en proposant à l'étage inférieur de rajouter 160 euros soit un total de 340 euros pour être surclassé dans une chambre avec point d'eau et douche mais à peine plus grande et un lit à bascule pour gagner de la place ;-) A GRANDEMENT EVITER YOTEL AIR et YOTEL Istanbul Airport

Good rooms but you can't control temperature in your sleep cabins, it gets very hot! Owners, please fix this! It's impossible to sleep when it gets so hot. Very uncomfortable for the travellers. Makes me not want to stay here again.

Overpriced. Hugely !! Wifi at the speed of continental drift. Rock hard bed. Decent hot shower only plus. Expect to pay in excess of 200Euro for 6 hours. Hate to think how much for overnight.. wont use again.

очень удобно при долгой пересадке. не надо выходить из зоны посадки. очень тихий спокойный никого и ничего не слышно, можно спокойно отдохнуть перед вылетом. вылет был рано утром встал и спокойно за пять минут дошел до гейта. удобно. но очень дорого

I stayed in a cabin. It's a compartment cabin. The toilet and shower are at the end of the corridor. Everything is clean and tidy. It's expensive (€179 per night), but very convenient for relaxing in the transit area before a long flight.

The room was clean and comfortable perfect for a one night stay. However, travelers should be aware that the earliest check-in time is 6 PM if you book through their website. Unfortunately, we booked through Expedia, and our check-in time was set for 8 PM with a check out at 9 AM the next morning. Since we were traveling with two little kids, the staff kindly accommodated us and gave us the room at 7 PM, which we appreciated. That said, for the price nearly $400 for just a few hours of rest they really should consider adjusting their check in policy to something more reasonable, like 4 PM

I had a frustrating experience with the management at the check-in counters. My husband and I waited for 15 minutes in what we thought was the correct line, only to be informed by Adnon that we were in the wrong one. Despite being there before others, we were refused service and had to wait again. There were no clear signs or guidelines, and it seemed chaotic as other customers were also waiting in multiple lines. And we had waited almost 30 mins to just check in because of the poor service and maybe racism. (We arrived to find three lines, mistakenly assuming each counter had its own queue. Despite waiting patiently, we observed other guests being served from different lines. After being asked to step back and rejoin the line, we were further delayed while others received service. P.S. We were the only group refused service by the counter) When we approached the manager, Ilker, he was unhelpful and simply offered an apology without any assistance. We received a “sorry I can’t help, we have no sign. But there is only one line some customers don’t know I have no help”. How rude and disrespectful that is? Or because we are Asian? My husband has a flight in an hour and really needs to freshen up. This experience has been incredibly disappointing.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this hotel. Unfortunately, due to a sudden death in the family, I was unable to travel and requested a refund. Despite providing the death certificate as proof, the hotel completely refused any refund or even partial consideration. Their response was not only unhelpful but also heartless. At such a difficult time, one would expect some empathy and understanding, but instead, I was met with rigid policies and a complete lack of compassion. Please be very cautious before booking this hotel. No matter what your circumstances may be, even in the event of a genuine tragedy, they will not approve a refund. Their priority is money, not people. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values basic human decency and customer care.

One star only for the location. Very strange hotel inside the hotel building. Basic but expensive. Note: do not eat at the airport. Bring your own food from the city or anywhere. The airport prices and beyond belief. The hotel ‘bar/restaurant’ is super super expensive. A hamburger 37 euros (just the bun and beef patty - no lettuce, tomato, cheese). This airport is to be avoided as wall as this motel

After a very long trip in Europe, my family and I were finally headed home. We were happy to be staying airside in the Istanbul airport as it was very nice that we didn’t have to leave the airport to get to the Yotel Hotel. We landed very late in the night. There were three people working to check people on, so we didn’t have to wait long to get our room key. On the way up to the room, we did notice just outside our elevator on the 3rd floor a musty weird smell. Once in the room however, it was very quiet, clean, and the beds were comfortable. The only problem with the room was that the main shower head didn’t have good water flow and the blow dryer that was provided had broken plastic on the handle. One very nice feature was that the shade in the window completely blocked out all light. It was amazing, and lent to a wonderful night sleep. Over all, I would say we had a great experience at the Yotel Hotel in Istanbul.

Only book at the last second! My flight was cancelled and despite cancelling my reservation 24 hours in advance, Yotel requires you to cancel before 3pm the day before. I was unable to go to the airside location without a valid boarding pass and Yotel refuses to refund my stay.

It is a scam and most horrible place to stay in. For $250 you think you would get a decent room. But what you get is actually a coffin barely big enough to fit you and fit your suitcase. With no bathroom and zero amenities, you have to share the bathroom with others. Stay away from this rip off place.

I reserved a room here so our family could rest and reset during a long layover. For being so expensive you would think they would be accommodating and have great consumer service. But when we arrived at 3pm to check in we learn that check in is at 8pm. I ask them to accommodate an early checking but they refused without a large check-in fee. Rarely have I been to a hotel that doesn’t accommodate especially if the room is already cleaned and available. I then ask if we could store our luggage here for now while we’re waiting. Again they refused. So in general this is for sure not your typical hotel. And overall I wish I didn’t stay here. And the employees and manager there lacked empathy for our situation.
