Instead of providing honest updates, they resorted to making empty promises and feeding me a string of lies about the so-called "lead time." This lack of transparency not only eroded my trust in their abilities but also wasted precious time that could have been spent on finding a more competent professional. Furthermore, the final result of their work was nothing short of disappointing. The website's design appeared rushed and haphazardly put together, lacking the polish and professionalism I had expected from a company like Zafre Media. Basic design principles were ignored, and the overall user experience suffered greatly as a result. It's evident that Zafre Media lacked the necessary skillset to create a cohesive and visually appealing website that would have reflected positively on my brand. My experience with Zafre Media was nothing short of a disaster. Their failure to meet deadlines, consistent dishonesty, and subpar work showcased a shocking lack of professionalism and dedication to their craft. I would strongly advise anyone considering working with Zafre Media to proceed with extreme caution or, better yet, to seek out a more reliable and competent website design company that values their clients' time and expectations.
