The restaurant clearly relies on the fact that it will always have customers, and unfortunately this shows in how guests are treated. The attitude toward people feels careless and indifferent, as if the staff assumes visitors will come regardless of the quality of service. That kind of approach is simply unprofessional.
Good restaurants understand that hospitality is about respect, attention, and making guests feel welcome. Here, however, the experience felt the opposite. When a place becomes too confident about constant occupancy, service standards often drop and that seems to be the case here.
I hope the management pays attention to this and works on improving customer service, because the potential could be much better if guests were treated with more professionalism and respect.
