I still have not received my order. There have been too many changing explanations. First, I was told the order was packed and the courier company was not picking it up. Now I am being told there is an issue at the manufacturing department. It is very difficult to understand what the actual situation is. I placed this order on 24 January, and today is 11 February. The delivery date keeps getting pushed forward, and the tracking still shows that the parcel has not even been picked up. Naturally, this raises concerns. What is more disappointing is that my comments asking for updates are being deleted. That only increases doubts. I previously ordered a T-shirt from you and it was delivered properly, which is why I trusted this time as well. But this experience has been extremely frustrating. If there is a genuine issue, I would appreciate honest communication. However, giving different reasons at different times makes it hard to believe what is being said. LASTLY I THINK I GOT SCAMMED BY THIS BOGO SALE.. they tell me to wait but i have waited like 20 days and still no response..

First of the order was delivered to me after a month. Even that happened after several follow-up. Second thing the material quality and the fabric quality is too poor according to the price. So please think before you place your order. Note the quality of old Tshirt were too good. As now they have gained there customer their quality is dropping day by day....

Poor customer support, and totally no response when you need to exchange your clothes because of size inconvenience. I raised an exchange the same day of delivery because of size inconvenience but it's not getting approved, i emailed as well but got no response now i regret spending my money on it.

The fabric is of very good quality and is durable The shine lasts a long time You will be comfortable

Very good anime collection order zams jump t shirt and dabi trouser the fabric is great and the service was good, my best fashion brand in India. There are many similar brand but zams fabric didn't fade on wash

No customer support, exchange portal always down have ordered 2 sweatshirt and want to exchange. No calls have been picked up, emails haven't been answered, texts haven't been replied. Don't buy from here

I dont want to give the 1 start either, cuz i love anime tshirts and i ordered few, i am not getting the delivery at all. The management is irresponsible and are not contacting at all no matter any way i try. If you want to buy try other webistes, dont order from zams

Pathetic experience. Have ordered from the website a week ago still haven’t received any updates. The order isn’t even processed yet which was prepaid neither am I able to contact them

didnt receive my order. Placed order of 15 august, was supposed to receive it on 22nd august, then delivery was rescheduled 2 times. today (25th august) received message that the order has been delivered but nothing is delivered.
