this gym charges 50,000/year but isn’t even worth 10,000/year with their below standard service and facilities. the gym has 10+ year old machines including two cross-trainers and one cycle that do not work. they are neither being replaced nor repaired. the cables of the cable machine are held together by tape. the smith machine is full of rust. the windows are full of stains and even stagnant water with visible green moss growing between the two window panels. the newly “renovated” ceiling has mold growing out of it so the plaster falls on the people working out beneath. the ceiling has fallen 3-4 times in the last 2 years, once almost injuring a person. these complaints from customers go on deaf ears; whether it’s the gym’s GM or his subordinates. they do not listen and when called to see what’s going on in the gym; they refuse to get off their chairs because of high egos. so, join at your own peril.

Horrible service at Gym, Zante. Staff is hopeless. Trainers are very inhospitable and rude. They dont help you until you avail for personal training. Regular members are totally ignored. Trainer Mr. Vinay dixit is worst and most unprofessional . The guy is only after female members all the time. Management should look after it and take strict actions. Environment of gym is very bad. Staff should be changed.

Worst experience ever.....zante receptionist and staff is like ghantaghar staff they don't know how to behave with guests and gym trainer is like he himself need training....
