We have always had great experience in Zara whether online or shopping in-person, I also love how they have all types of clothes for diverse body shapes. Some of the clothes I bought were fit so perfectly for me like dresses, as if it was custom-designed. The quality is great, clean store and professional. Some of the designs are creative and look unique, comparing to other stores. Perfumes are lovely as well.

I asked one of the staff members for a jacket in size Small, and I was told it was available. I was asked to wait at the cashier for 15 minutes so it could be brought there. I ended up waiting for 45 minutes, and every time I asked, I was told “it’s coming” or “it will be here soon.” Other customers who arrived after me received their items and completed their purchases while I was still waiting. After 45 minutes, I asked another staff member again, and I was told that the request had been rejected. No one informed me about this earlier, and the overall experience involved poor service and unprofessional behavior from the staff, which reflects very badly on Zara’s reputation.

I bought a jacket from ZW collection online, was postponed twice on delivery, I tried to contact the chat help they couldn’t give any answers still didn’t get my package though it’s been two weeks, and the worst that their phone doesn’t let you pass select the language option! and every time I check the application the jacket still in the preparation phase If I have to go to the store to get my refund or get this figured out why would I buy online, I hope this thing get figured out through the team here as I see them answering here they should have an email to contact with or a phone number they do answer , bad experience by all means

Infact the staff there friendly and helpful but the problem is the shortage in staff I wait 10 minutes in cashier coz nobody there They busy helping other customers!!! You should respect the zara name as big brand !!!

As of September Zara decided to omitt the cash on dilevery option on my application. I've been a client since 2009 and apparently Zara does not care about client loyalty. All my attempts have failed to know why this change was made. Not only that, but Zara HQ does not respond to complaints and the human chat is a disaster. Extremely insulting experience for a customer.

Zara at City Center thinks profits are more important than customers' health and safety. It is too dangerous to shop at this Zara during corona. I had been there several times in the last few months and never seen employees wearing face masks - not even the manager on duty. Most of the employees had masks on but they were used as chin guards and not covering the mouth and nose. Then what is the point?!?!?!?! When I went to mall security they couldn't care less - they sent me to customer service. So much for the Jordanian defense orders regarding corona safety measures. If Zara management does not care about your health and safety then you should find another store to shop at. I did! In order to comply with Google Maps rules, I blacked out employees' eyes and most facial features and hair in the photos so that they are not identifiable. None of the employees in the photos are wearing masks over their mouths and noses.

I am one of the fans of Zara clothes. So, I would like to say it honestly looking forward that the management will look deeper into this point. Recently (After the Covid-19), the quality of the clothes at Zara is going down. I hope that the management and the main head quarter look to this point and find solutions to bring back Zara brand to its shiny name.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I went to ZARA City Mall to collect a refund after confirming everything through their online assistant chat and the manager treated me with such attitude, as if I was trying to rob the place rather than collect my rightful refund. I honestly wish I had taken his name. I tried to calmly explain the situation and show proof of my prior communication, but he clearly wasn’t interested and I was left standing with a heavy ZARA bag in my hand for an unreasonably long time. The entire atmosphere was unfriendly. I felt overwhelmed and extremely uncomfortable to the point where I almost walked away without even bothering to take my refund. The staff act like they own the place, not like employees representing a global brand. This seems to be a common complaint at this branch, everyone I know has something negative to say about ZARA City Mall staff. It’s honestly unacceptable for such a well-known brand. ZARA needs to seriously retrain this team. Basic customer service is clearly missing here.

The customer service at Zara – Cash desk in City Mall was really disappointing. The staff member was sighing, had an attitude, and clearly didn’t want to help. I tried to exchange an item I bought online, but they refused unless I returned it first — which makes no sense. Their policies are confusing, and the way the staff treated me made the whole experience very unpleasant

Very bad service. i was there yesterday and wanted to buy a dress but No one of the workers wanted to help when one of the workers told the other worker to help me she said i don’t have time. She had long black hair. They also gave us dirty looks first and last time going there.

I ask the girl from fitting room to bring me xs size of pants coz s size was big and she told me to go myself and check it I said I can't leave my bag and stuff, after 10 min she came back ask me to give the pants I gave it. After 15 min she came and said there is no xs size but I saw it there, I ask her to check through the phone she said already checked it and I know she is lying I ask her to check in front of me she disappeared for another 15 min and am still in fitting room then she back with pants xs size. Just wondering why they don't want to do their job, although I ask her in a nice way. Disappointed with her attitude.

والله لو فيه صفر حطيت والسبب الشاب الي عند المحاسبه تمنيت لو اعرف اسمه بالضبط عشان اتواصل مع مدير الفرع ويشوف له حل.. واقفه باللاين ولمّا وصل دوري ما كأنه يشوف احد واقف قدامه راح ينادي على الي وراي يحاسب له قبلي!!!! هاذي اسمها قلة ادب وعنصريه..اليوم تركت الملابس ع الطاوله لو يصير لي الموقف ثاني مره إحتمال كبير بصوتي العالي يجي مدير الفرع يحضر ويشوف بعينه المهزله الي تصير..الواحد المفروض قبل يتوظف يختبرون اخلاقه واسلوبه ويترك اسلوب العنصريه..

نصابين كذابين و أسعارهم غلط نصيحة اشتروا من مكان افضل من هيك I had a terrible experience at Branch City Mall. Beware of scammers and the incredibly rude staff. I would strongly advise you to shop elsewhere. During my visit, I noticed that the price tag on the shorts I wanted to purchase was different from what I was charged at checkout, a whopping 30% difference! When I approached the manager to address this issue, he was shockingly rude and uncooperative. Despite providing clear evidence that all the shorts had the incorrect price tags, he refused to offer me the legally required price or even a discount. This place is an absolute nightmare to deal with, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

This review is about Zara City Mall branch. If I had the chance to leave a 0 star review, I’ll definitely will. No respect whatsoever for the customers. The staff and the so called “leader” needs to be replaced because even training won’t do them any good since they simply DO NOT WANT TO WORK. I waited 45 minutes for them to get me a shirt from the warehouse, and after that time and multiple times telling them that I waited for so much time, their reply would be “we ordered it from the warehouse, it needs 20 minutes to be here”. This is unacceptable and if the staff remains the same it’ll just push customers away. Complete and utter nonsense.

Last week I went to Zara as I was excited to get some pieces that I wanted. I was very surprised with how rude the girl at the fitting room was. The way she was screaming at every woman she sees was very strange. She has a short hair and honestly I heard this from so many people I know. I asked this girl to give me my remaining clothes as I got more than 6 pieces. I said excuse me, she then shouted “can’t you see I’m talking to another costumer, who do you think you are?” I was absolutely shocked and embarrassed in-front of everyone. Another girl from the staff followed me to my room and said “this is not the first time she treats clients like this and we are sorry!” The Manager told me the same thing. NOT THE FIRST TIME? What is she doing there then? Very very disappointed.

Double & Triple charging clients- Fraud This happened at 13:00 EEST, Sunday, 28th, 2024 . The cashier (guy called hisham & something Aqel) charged me THREE times for my purchase of 160jod - a total of 481jod (it showed a ✅ on the visa machine) but told me my transaction was rejected and refused to give me the failed transaction slip to check with my bank. He said we never give these slips out, although in every other place it’s mandatory to give the customer the failed slip. I got a call from the bank on the spot, informing me that I HAVE BEEN charged three times consecutively. And it was not a fail. The cashier person acted surprised, his friend came to show him how i was charged three times and he was mistaken. This is what I have received from my bank, THREE consecutive time: 160.500 JOD at ZARA. Card 910. Available Balance: xxxxx JOD.160.500 JOD at ZARA. Card 910. Available Balance: xxxxJOD. This happened at 13:00 EEST, Sunday, 28th, 2024. Are they this stupid or are they in fact double & triple charging customers on purpose? Attached is a series of back & forth with Amman customer care, which as you will see, he kept using the word that zara "pre authorized" payment although as you clearly see in the bank statement, it was in fact deducted.
