للأسف خدمة قسم الصيانة مخيبة للآمال. حاولت الاتصال مرات عديدة على مدار عدة أيام ولم يتم الرد على أي من المكالمات. من غير المقبول أن يضطر العميل إلى تكرار الاتصال دون الحصول على أي استجابة. خدمة ما بعد البيع والتواصل مع العملاء لا تقل أهمية عن بيع السيارة، وآمل أن تتم معالجة هذه المشكلة وتحسين مستوى الاهتمام بالعملاء.

spending our hard earned money for a biting dog that is MG. Please don't buy any MG cars, their service section is very bad, Need to wait over a month to get parts and same time we need to leave the car inside service center. They will not respond your calls, you will not get any proper answers. For the delay they will not provide any temporary solutions as well. A good car with a bad service provider. And the resale value of the car is same like scrap.

I know my day will be bad if I have to contact them for whatever reason. They don’t respond to calls, they barely respond to texts, when you go in person, it’s like they are playing tennis with the amount of departments they try to send you to. The prices for somethings are just so ridiculous, you can almost always find them somewhere else cheaper if you look correctly. I have been on hold for 6 minutes with 3 different departments.

Just bought the MG One and I’m loving it! 🚗💨 It’s a blast to drive with tons of awesome features. Huge shoutout to Ghassan brother, he made the entire process super smooth and took the time to explain all the car’s features in detail. He’s got a great, kind vibe and goes the extra mile! Not just that, he’s super helpful with negotiating discounts and if you’re opting for a loan, he’ll guide you through the bank procedures like a pro. worse spare parts section. the Asian guy have no respect how to talk with someone. i waited for more then 20 minutes they couldn't give me Mitsubishi Outlander Oil+filter. i will never recommend anybody to visit Sitra spare parts branch

Excellent customer service and different types of new and second hand cars. Easy to get parking spaces. Currently there are major construction work projects in the highway opposite to the Zayani Showrooms.

للمرة الرابعة أخرج من عملي لمقابلة المدير والاستقبال يبلغوني رد السكرتيرة الخاصة بالمدير أنه غير متاح فتجربتي ما زالت قائمة والسيارة حاهزة وما أستلمتها لموعد مقابلة المدير أ. رضوان وهم وعدني بمقابلته أثناء تواجده بالمعرض يوم شراء السيارة. فلماذا كل ذلك؟ تليفوني بالاستقبال عند الأخت الموظفة والسيارة ASX

My experiences with the maintenance department for ' mitsubishi 'were not successful. They do not have enough experience in assessing car faults, and in return, I pay huge sums of money to assess faults and replace spare parts that have no cause.

I went in for scheduled maintenance for my Pajero. I did make an appointment and arrived at 7:10 am on a Monday morning, and I was the first customer for service when they opened at 7:30am. Because I was early, I was seen quickly. Around 8:30 the service waiting area had maybe 10 customers, so it's a good idea to come early. The service usually takes a while. I was first in today and my car wasn't finished with normal service until after 3 pm. If you come late morning then your car may need to remain overnight. There is one shuttle at 9 am to take waiting customers home or work, but it's the only shuttle and it's only one way. You pay a taxi or a friend for your return trip. All of the staff are friendly professional and helpful. Overall nice. Recommend to make appointment to cut wait time.
