Kia Car Service Delhi - Zedex Kia, Mathura Road

I recently visited the Zedex Kia workshop on Mathura Road for routine servicing of my Kia, and overall it was a very positive experience. The team was welcoming and professional from start to finish — they explained the service process clearly, kept me updated on progress, and handled my car with care. What stood out most was their attention to detail and customer support. The advisors were experienced and patient in answering my questions, and they offered useful advice on maintenance without pushing unnecessary extras. They also provided pickup and drop service, which made the whole process a lot more convenient. The quality of service felt very reliable — the car was returned clean and in great condition. I left feeling confident that my Kia was looked after well. Highly recommend this workshop for anyone looking for efficient, courteous, and trustworthy service from an authorised Kia center in Delhi.

Extremely Disappointed!!! This is by far one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had with kia. They don’t even seem to know how to wash a car properly. I sent my car for dry cleaning and servicing, and they couldn’t even remove the basic dirt from the doors. Seems like they don’t even have clean clothes to wipe out water. To make things worse, their customer support is completely unhelpful once it’s 7 PM, they simply stop responding, even if your car is still out with their driver for delivery. unacceptable service!!

I am writing this to warn everyone: Do not trust this service center. They are blatantly mis-selling products and then vanishing when caught. FRAUDULENT SALE: I was sold a Roadside Assistance (RSA) package by being promised 100km of taxi coverage. Once I paid and got the papers, that coverage was nowhere to be found. LIES BY STAFF: Both Mr. Gagan (Service Advisor) and Mr. Shiv (Supervisor) admitted they made a "mistake" and promised a refund. Now, after weeks of follow-ups, they’ve stopped taking my calls and are refusing to honor their word. ZERO TRANSPARENCY: I asked for a repair estimate multiple times. They ignored every request and handed me a bill for ₹8,600 at the very end with no prior approval. This isn't just bad service; it’s a scam. I am filing a formal complaint with the IRDA for the fraudulent RSA sale and informing Kia Headoffice too. Save yourself the headache and go to a different service station. These people are not honest.

Since long, from the day one i am getting all the services for my KIA Seltos being done from Frontier KIA only , This was the first time when i get this done from Zedex Kia Service Mathura Raod being arranged by Sangeeta Rajput CC & from reaching to the workshop & leaving from there overall experience in terms of vehicle handover process , Job card opeining , providing Estimate & getting the job started everything was seamless & excellent in all terms , Special mention of the Advisor Mr. Gagan Nigam & Sangeeta Rajput & Jasbeer who take this job so seriously & efficiently & deliver the vehicle as per timelines. Happy to share that Front office staff & Core Workshop team all are very prompt & efficient , Will give 5 star to the Team Zedex.

I’ve been consistently impressed with the excellent service provided at the Zedex for my Kia Carens. The staff is courteous, the facilities are well-maintained, and the overall experience always exceeds expectations. A special mention goes to Service Manager Shiv kumar whose exceptional support and professionalism stand out every single time. Gagan is always attentive, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to ensure that all concerns are addressed promptly. His dedication to customer satisfaction truly makes a difference and is a big reason why I continue to return with confidence. Also, excellent support provided by CCM during my recent visit for the servicing.

I had a very disappointing experience at this bodyshop. My car (HR87K5550) was given for bodywork, and the entire process was highly unprofessional. At the time of vehicle entry, right in front of me, the staff hit my car inside the showroom premises. Fortunately, there was no visible damage. However, the same thing happened again on the day of delivery — again in front of me. Thankfully, there was no damage that time as well. If this is how they handle a customer’s car in front of the customer, I seriously question how vehicles are treated when customers are not present. There was also a significant delay in delivery, and the communication from the service advisor was very poor. There was clear miscommunication multiple times, which caused unnecessary inconvenience. Overall, a very bad experience. I would not recommend anyone to get their vehicle serviced or repaired here.
