I ordered new balaclava hoodie. Cheap quality fabric It's been 6 days I am wearing this on regular basis. The fabric has got lint on it. And they don't even provide refund. At last I just want to say order at your own risk.

You have provided a number that is not capable of taking incoming calls, what the hell is that. You are running a business or scam?. Thank god i bought your products COD, now i know i dl should not receive your products.

Poor communication team in customer service, exchange policies are too complex and time taking, should be a better and easy wah for this much established brand.

i order oversize tshirt, and got regular tshirt. evein i wrote a e mail to zenni, for exchange for size, and their replay to was, we dont have return or exchange service, hencefore you porduct wil not be exchange.. i mean how terrible is this, you gyus can deliver the product and you dont have ecxhange service for it. whom are you guys are tryin to make a fool of it... worst service every....
