I am a regular customer here but I think I will stop going there. The staff is very laid back and spends too much time with one customer. Just to save some money I travel more than a kilometre but get always get disappointed. I wish they had another outlet near my house

Very unprofessional behavior.....least bothered about the customers....pathetic service .......I had ordered medicine in the morning but no response was given.....when I contacted them again then they responded and said that I will receive the medicine....but till 10.50 pm at night I didn't receive any medicine .......this is the 3rd time that has happened ........so I canceled the order through whatsapp and the staff didn't even bother to apologize for the inconvenience......very pathetic and useless staff....veryy unprofessional......I have also noticed that when u order many medicines and the bill is above 500 or close to 1000 they will respond immediately and when the bill is of lower amount then u have to follow up with them several times......not going to purchase from this shop again....verryyy bad service

I am having a very bad experience with Zeno. I ordered the medicine for express delivery which should be delivered with in 3 hrs, but each time I ordered the medicine I never got the delivery within 3 hrs nor in 6 hrs. The delivery is always delayed and the medicines are provided by night. This is very unprofessional if someone is in urgent need of medicine they would be waiting for so long. The availability of medicine is not informed prior if they inform in prior to ordering atleast the customer can take the medicine from other place. Hope the service gets better in future.
