تجربه خیلی بدی با طراح خانم پگاه خسروی در جریان دوخت یک لباس داشتم که خواستم بیان کنم. برای یک مناسبت بسیار ویژه به ایشان از یک ماه و نیم قبل سفارش لباسی را از خارج از ایران دادم و طی یک جلسه مفصل تمام درخواست‌هام رو به ایشان ارائه دادم و طبق رو نوشتها، ایشان تایید کرد ( طرح فرش جلوی لباس و بیت مصرعی در پشت لباس که گویای فرهنگ پارسی است). زمان پایان کار برای من بسیار مهم بود که تا به ۱۵/۵/۲۰۲۴ گذاشته شد.چون این لباس فقط برای این مناسبت سفارش داده شده بود. مبلغ اولیه ۲۰۰ دلار برای ایشان حواله کردم و قرار شد هفته آینده با من راجبه طرح و اجرا قراری گذاشته شود که هرگز گذاشته نشد. هر هفته کار مرا به عقب انداختند و هربار سر من منت می گذاشتند که جشنواره کن دعوت هستند و مشتریان با لباسهای فاخرتری دارند که دستشون بنده. من اولین مشتری ایشان بودم در این مناسبت اما با من رفتار بسیار غیرحرفه ای و بدی کردند. جوری رفتار می کردند که انگار لباس ۵۰۰ دلاری که من سفارش دادم اونقدر هم مهم نبوده. ۳،۵ هفته گذشت و خبری از ایشان نشد در حالیکه هرهفته با پیگیری من وعده هفته بعد را به من دادند. در نهایت ۷ روز به پایان تاریخ کار مانده از ایشان خواستم مرا اطلاع رسانی کنند و طرحها را طبق وعده خودشان برایم بفرستند. ایشان گفتند که کدام مصرع قرار بر مصرعی نبوده و همه چیز را کتمان کردند و وقتی تاییدیه خودشان را برایشان فرستادم شروع به بحث و تهدید کردن و به من تهمت زدند که دنبال بهانه هستی و بدترین تجربه من رو رقم زدند.هر بار کلی حرف بارم کردند و بعد از چند دقیقه حرفهای خودشان را پاک می کردند.ابشان گفتند که قصد داشتند لباس را بدون طرحی که من بارها تکید کرده بودم برایم مهم است بدوزند و بدون هیچ جلسه یا ویدیویی از طریق فرانسه برای من بفرستند… این کار ایشان نه تنها بسیار ناپسند و غیر حرفه ای بود بلکه به شدت برای من ناراحتی ایجاد کرد. ۳،۵ هفته از وقت مرا هدر داد و تا این لحظه مبلغ ۲۰۰ دلار پرداخت شده را پس ندادند. فرصت کار را با دیگران از من گرفتند و کار را انجام ندادند. اصلا ایشان و خدمات او را به کسی توصیه نمی کنم . I had a very bad experience with the designer Ms. Pegah Khosravi during the sewing of a dress that I wanted to express. For a very special occasion, I ordered a dress from outside Iran a month and a half ago, and during a detailed meeting, I presented all my requests to him, and according to the writings, he approved (the design of the carpet in front of the dress and the verse in the back of the dress, which is indicative of Persian culture). The finish time was very important to me, which was set to 5/15/2024, because this dress was ordered only for this occasion. I transferred the initial amount of 200 dollars to them and it was decided to make an appointment with me next week regarding the design and implementation, which was never made. Every week they pushed my work back and every time they told me that they are invited to the Cannes Festival and that they have customers with more luxurious clothes that they are tied to. I was their first customer on this occasion, but they treated me very unprofessionally and badly. They acted as if the $500 dress I ordered was not that important. 3.5 weeks passed and there was no news from them, while they followed up with me every week and promised me the following week. Finally, 7 days before the end of the work date, I asked them to inform me and send me the plans as promised. They said that which verse was not meant to be, and they hid everything, and when I sent them their confirmation, they started arguing and threatening me, accusing me of looking for an excuse and making it my worst experience. They did and after a few minutes they deleted their words. Abshan said that they intended to sew the dress without the design that I had repeatedly insisted was important to me and send it to me through France without any meeting or video... This is not only their work. It was very rude and unprofessional, but it made me very uncomfortable. It wasted 3.5 weeks of my time and until this moment they have not refunded the amount of 200 dollars paid. They took away the opportunity to work with others and did not do the work. I do not recommend him and his services to anyone.
