The Vibe & Service We visited Zoka around 11:00 AM. The staff were very kind and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The highlight for us was definitely the kids' play area. It’s a lovely addition that more families should know about! If the management promoted this feature more, I’m sure they would attract a lot more parents looking for a relaxed meal. The Food We went for a variety of options to share: The 1 JD Plates: We ordered 10 different plates from this menu. It’s great value and allowed us to try a bit of everything. Manakish: We had two (3 JD each), and they were delicious. The Downside: Most of the food was "all good," but the Liver (Kibdeh) was a disappointment for us—it just wasn't to our taste or up to the standard of the other dishes. The Verdict My kids were happy and had plenty of space to play, which made the experience much better for the adults. Great value for money, kind staff, and a family-friendly atmosphere. Total Score: 4/5 — Would definitely return, just might skip the liver next time

كافيه جميل اجواء هادئة وجميلة ، بشكل عام ام جيد جدا لكن عند الحساب بسألو الشخص ( بدك تحط تب للشباب ) وهذا الاشي الوحيد اللي ماحبيتو ، بالرغم انو الاسعار شاملة الضريبة و ٥٪؜ خدمة . ونفس التصرف مع الطاولة اللي كانت جمبي وما عجبو موضوع السؤال نفس الاشي . اتوقع انو بدون هذا السؤال لما يجي يحاسب الزبون بكون افضل .

I was very disappointed with the service at this restaurant. The staff were unfriendly and seemed completely uninterested in helping us. We waited a long time to be seated, and even longer before anyone came to take our order. During the meal, it was almost impossible to get a server’s attention, and our requests were either ignored or handled with attitude. For the prices they charge, I expected basic courtesy and professionalism, but that was not the case. I will not be coming back, and I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience.

المكان حلو الاكل طيب كتير لا يعتبر هادي. في قعدات مختلفة و اجواء مختلفة طابقين مختلفين

Cake and drinks were good. Make sure it's not windy when you visit. If you plan on bringing children, only get the well behaved ones because there are many decor items within children's reach. Also, it is an incredible place for taking photos.

Beautiful dining and seating place . Food was nice but not particularly special. Ambiance is what you go for here with attractive decor to relax and enjoy ! Highly recommended !

This cafe has a beautiful view on Amman’s Streets. I went to this cafe with my family. It is very unique and the design from the outside is very nice. On the stairs there is a big Welcoming badge with a very creative design upstairs near the tables. Each table is nicer than the other, they all contain something on top like a tent and the seats are very comfortable while seeing the amazing view on the street. We ordered some different drinks from there and the best was the fresh mango juice which most of us liked it. This cafe is special as the design in it is very simple and different than others while we also look at the natural view while eating.

طبعًا كان اشي بخزي انا اجيت بناء على سمعة المكان والريفيو وكتير حلو ك شكل من برا ومنطقه مرتبة وحتى انا الي اصريت ع صحبيتي انه خلص اروح هالمكان عشان عيد ميلادي ، وكانو عارفين انه عيد ميلادي يعني قعدنا بعدين حكينا للشب بس تفضى طاوله ع الشباك ياريت ترن علينا وطلعنا فوق ع الروف توب عند الزجاج وصدفت البارح ولا ٥-٦ عيد ميلادات ع وقتي ف صحبيتي حكتلي دروح ع الحمام طلعت عشان تجهزلي المفاجأه بدون مااعرف بعدين بس اجت بتصور وهيك يادوب ٥ ثواني فتحت الاغنيه وسكرت واحى موظف الارجيلة حط الورد والشغله الي جايبيتها صحبيتي الي بالطاوله وطفاها لا عملوا عيد ميلاد ولا اشي زيي زي الباقي وقال بحكيلها كاين انه ما بنفع نسوي عيد ميلاد الا لما تطلبوا كيكتين!!! طيب منا طالبه ارجيله وسموذي وميلك شيك يعني السعر نفس الاشي حيصفي! وبتحكي معه تركها ومشي بكل بساطه ف بعدين قاعده بأرجل انا اجى موظف ارجيله تاني اخذها من ايدي ووداها بعيد علي بطاولتين تقريبًا انا صفنت انو شو في؟؟؟؟ بعد ب١٠ دقايق حكيناله ليه اخذتها في اشي؟ ف بحكي فكرت عشان تعملو العيد ميلاد وكان على وجهنا علامه تعجب قد الدنيا انو مالك؟؟ بعدين نزلنا تحت نقعد حكيتلهم بدي المانيجر اجى طلع نفسه الي حكيناله يرن علينا بس تفضى طاوله ولا بقله شو هالتصرف وشرحتله كل اشي بقلي "شو بدك اعملك عيد ميلاد واجيبلك كيكه ع حسابي؟ "وبعدين بضل يسكت فيني ويقلي صلي ع النبي واهدي ومو راضي يخليني اكمل وقلتله ترا انا كمان موظفة وبعرف شو الشغل واجى وقت كنت مانيجر كمان بااحدى المولات يعني انا فاهمه الشغل مش هبله!! كيف هيك قاعد بتسكت فيني وبتحكي معي بهالاسلوب ؟؟!!! وبعدين بقلي بصيغه المزح "اجيبلك قنوه هيها جوا عشان تهدي" انو ع اي اساس مش فاهمه!!!!!!! اسلوب بخزي تعامل بخزي السموذي عباره عن تلج فعليًا ولا كانه في فواكه اشي بخزي اقسم بالله اسلوب بعر هيك بعيد ميلاد حدا بعملو؟؟؟ بعدين شمعنى انا ما كل الطاولات الي حواليي انعمللهم عيد ميلاد مرتب ولا بس عشان احنا شخصين!! صراحة كتير غريب الموضوع وسيء ومستحيل اكرر تجربتي وهيك همه بخسروا زباين والمشكلة الاكبر أنه اغلبهم تعاملهم هيك تعامل موظفين الروف توب يعني سيء سيء سيء سيييييءءءءء جد لا حدا يضل بمكان من الاول قاعد فيه وبشوف اغلاط وبستنى يتصلح الموضوع لاني انا كنت بستنى اشي يتصلح ولو حتى بالاسلوب اسلوب حكي بخزي تعامل بخزي عنجد خربتولي يومي الي هو يوم ميلادي حسبي الله

Literally the worst place to visit. I came here 3 times and every time it’s bad. 1) customer service is terrible 2) if you don’t order the expensive hookah, they don’t even bother giving you coals. 3) they force you to buy a minimum even though they put automatically waters and service fees. That’s robbery 4) they wait until half your order is complete then they come to you and force you to pay more or leave

Great spot for young crowd and for family with kids since they have a play room and games area for kids in addition to ice cream boots and shawarma to go the theme is Like An elegant Street with a park and the corner for dining. It's beautiful but you need to have reservations unfortunately we didn't get to try the food but it all looks impressive and we should be visiting them again soon to enjoy the experience.

A very lively café and restaurant with a diverse menu that caters to everyone, including vegetarians and children. The food is delicious and beautifully presented. Shisha is also available. The décor is vibrant and gives a positive, energetic vibe. Excellent service provided by a professional team. Highly recommended.

Great food tastes good and is unique. Service is ok but it’s relatively slow. Some workers are great to deal with and others are not the best. The place is nice, it’s very family friendly, they have a great view on the roof with tv screens for football matches. The 1st floor is so unique it is not your usual restaurant area. I recommend it for big families, and dates.

I really loved the place — the atmosphere and food were great — but the service was slow. It took the waiters quite a while to even notice us.

المطعم فكرته حلوه في العاب للاطفال لكن الموظفه ينتهي دوامها 11 ويسكرونها 12 اخر ساعه يصير فوضى، كمان ياليت فيه مكان مخصص لشيشة والدخان، الاكل متوسط الخدمه عادي بطيئه شوي جالساتهم منوعه دخلنا وقت صلاة العشاء كان يأذن والاغاني عندهم مستمرة! وقت دفع الفاتورة طلبني ازيد على الفاتورة وكمان الموية يحط على العدد ويحسب الوحده بدينار
