Hi All, sharing my honest review after spending 1 year since June 2023 in this co-live. I chose this place cas it was a bit different from other PG’s in this locality - it is much more spacier. It has got only this. I regret my choice. If you are planning to stay in this PG, Pack your bags with tissues rolls and adult diapers too 😂. For this place got constant water scarcity in the entire locality. When you ask the management i.e the property manager, he tells the ground water is not replenished. They just have one water vendor, when they don’t supply on time your tissues might come in use. The water filter in the purifier what they provide doesn’t functions properly at all, I personally tested with a Ph paper and it seems acidic. The lot of people after reporting the tds level is high no action was still taken. Water filter often malfunctions where you gotta wait for atleast 2 weeks for them to fix it. Eventually you end up buying drinking water from outside. The tickets which are raised with service team gets forever to be resolved. Customer care is another pain where they don’t provide you any resolution/information, they simply route you to check with the property manager which is again an useless process cas they will ask you to speak to the customer care. When the residents are not at place, the washing machines gets used by the janitors…so you will never know. They always have a variable in the rent, hidden charges and no clear cut information provided for the electricity bill. They forge it somehow, no one was able to figure out so we have it give up on the treasure hunt. They don’t provide water and you will be able to see the additional charge for water charged against you. WiFi is restricted to only 3 devices and it’s not unlimited which again sucks. They don’t provide vessels or utensils as mentioned, all you get is some worn out non stick vessels. They would not mention the issues that is going on, if you don’t trust me experience it for yourself. Happily I am moved out to a better place. Good place for single occupancy

Worst place to live. The room rent is too much and they are increasing rent exponentially. They will say electricity bill will be very less. But after one month they will charge you accordingly their wish. It is also increasing sharply, you use or not. Though I am staying in room for 7hrs, my electricity bill rate is increasing day by day Inspite of I am not using that much. There is no transparency at all. Worst place to live. It's better go for colice or you life.

No problems addressed, always water problem. They raise rent whenever they want, till now no response from support team for the problems. Whom should I contact? Many people staying here raised several requests in the app, but no solution. They are all fed up saying even if we raise a ticket, you won't bother much. Since, our problems not solved I'm raising it in the public forum.

Very poor stay. In this PG you don't even get basic amenities like water in morning before going to office . Such miserable staff as well. They don't just listen to your problem. If 0 stars could be given I would give that.

It is pretty decent no issue of pests. It is flat sharing(fully furnished)based. Unlike PG, where you get to share fridge, washing machine with the whole floor, you get them seperate in each flat. Food is not available. But, they gave kitchen utensils ready for cooking. Neighbourhood is also very nice and you can get almost all kinds of groceries infront. Overall, good and luxurious place to stay. But, the price is a little let down - 9k double sharing. Trip typeSolo

Zolo needs to give alternative to cook. when there is now electricity. You give electric stove and with UPS it doesn't work. How to eat or everytime we can't order

One of the most hospitable places around this area. Rent is affordable and staff are polite. Hygienic and tasty food is one reason I stayed here
