I would like to thank the amazing staff at Zoom Dubai Mall Metro for their excellent service. Every time I visit, they are fast, efficient, and always greet customers with a warm smile. A special mention to Melodie, Rodel, Michelle, and Pamela. they are incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. Their positive attitude truly makes a difference and brightens my day. Absolutely delicious hotdog! The sausage was juicy and flavorful, the bun was soft and fresh, and the toppings were perfectly balanced. Fast service and great value too. I’d definitely come back for another! Also, the staffs are very accommodating especially Rodel & Michelle. They are much willing to help all the customers 💯

The manager are very polite and excellent service. she making always a cappuccino at morning time to the customers, While the staff cyliminth and cashier Pamela are very rude to the customers it's like shouting and very high note their voice and frowning her face. I hope give a lesson and proper orientation about good customer service to this two lady's staff

Very very bad customer service, there are 2 Filipinos they are thinking we are begging from them, very bad and they are blaming also, 1 Filipina blamed me. Very disappointing service. I purchased a tea for takeaway, but they didn’t have a lid available. This was my first experience like this at Zoom, as I usually buy tea from there without issues. When I asked for a lid, the staff said they didn’t have any. I then requested to transfer it into a bigger cup that had a lid, but the staff told me I would have to pay the coffee price (AED 6) just to get that cup. In the end, I had to leave the tea there even though I had already paid for it. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.
