I avoid Zoom normally because staff at metro stations are rude, but today at DMCC Metro Station Zoom I had a terrible experience that crossed the line. I ordered a Caffè Latte from machine and received a watery drink that tasted like hot water — nothing like a latte. When I asked about it, the staff member April responded with arrogance, saying “Latte is like this, haven’t you had a latte before?” When I pointed out it wasn’t a proper latte (I’m a professional barista at a 5-star hotel), she became openly hostile and told me, “If you want to drink, drink it, or get out.” She then showed zero willingness to correct the order or offer a refund. I threw the coffee in the bin and walked out — I won’t be returning. April’s behavior was rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. This isn’t a one-off mistake — it’s clear staff at this outlet are not trained or managed properly. Management: please address April’s hostile attitude and lack of customer service before you lose more customers.Why all the staffs are like same ?????????????
