Hi this complain is regarding you and your company zoom web media, I have been with this company since past more than one year , i must tell your company is complete fake and fraud . I have seen so many repetitive changes of staff every 3 months .Work is always pending.Initially to take money you guys respond very nicely and show your work only for one month and than staff will stop contacting you. I have seen no progress till now in my business and even they did not work in between for so many months .I paid for my website full amount of 1200 dollars in 2023 march /april and my website is still not complete from last one year.I cant believe that someone needs one year to complete website when its just a matter of max one month. At last I told your staff that I am not gonna renew my package until my website is completed strictly > when i repetitively said that i will not pay until website is completed ,your staff stopped talking to me and stop to respond as well. Wow thats great.That means you and your staff was just waiting to get money only . and now when i did not renew package your company put my website down from the server . I mean how dare you can close my website and pull it out from server and you guys stopped me to use my own website. How dare you. I already paid for this website 1200 dollars and even for hosting 300 dollars .So ethically and legally its mine .Than how can you and your staff can change website password and credentials and put my website down from server .We cant see our website and i am loosing my business. I am trying to reach all staff members from so much time no one messaging back and no one picking up the call. You guys need to give me my website credentials /website back asap otherwise i have to complain and do have to file case against you and your company. also will complain in US customer court and indian court . I need response asap before i take further actions .

I have given them the project based on their performance which was good with SMO. Then I have given them to update my website. Where they have to remove my paperwork along with updating with new design of website. So just copying my entire website with fresh looks. I am really disappointed in them. Even small job like this can take 4.5 months and still counting. Nobody looks serious for delivery. New timeline over new timeline. 3 designer changes and everyone has no idea what other designer had done so far. Account Manger introduced new persons all the time. This company had no plan to give you refund. Unprofessional, dishonest, miscommunication and mostly when deadline comes in- No communication. No call pickups. No decency to call back. Still waiting for refund.

They are fraud. Asked for Deposit for creating website. They did not deliver. Did not provide invoice and created dummy html website so you cant ask for refund. Smart way to fool people. Do not Pay for website.

Never pay them in advance. They are fraud and will just waste your time and money. Mr Bhaskar will call and say he is the manager or ceo of company and will take care of everything but after you pay them he will block your number and won’t be there at all. Watch before invest. Big fraud company.

They copied a competitors website (That they had also created) to design our website. They left all the links (phone, maps, email) as the competitors. So when a customer would call through our site, it would call the competitor instead. Extremely sloppy, unresponsive and fraudulent.

This company is totally fraud. They did not give us payment after successful delivery of the project. I have all the proofs too.

This company called me last year Begging for work and a lot of commitments When I paid all my money went to waste Do not give your website and marketing work to zoom web media These guys are frauds 0 knowledge of marketing 0 knowledge of content creation 0 knowledge of content writing 0 knowledge of technicalities When u ask for results they will change project manager & new manager will take time to understand ur stuff then again same cycle **** DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE********

The worst company I have ever seen. Its shameful for a company to cheat its eminent clients. Extremely disappointed with the service. Very poor quality. Not at all recommended.
