Relatively new place. Owner walked up to us and requested feedback. Service is good, though multiple servers came by which required us having to explain to each one our food preferences. Food can be better. Location is fantastic. Need to visit on a day when they have live music.

Very well served by Juhi & Team, food was delicious and we all Enjoyed the time spent here. Highly recommend.

I was happy with food taste but later I found that they have added food colour in that, I have ordered Paneed tikka masala. Ambience was good and also they started live music on weekend good for who is looking ambience with drinks. So I must say if you charging good amount please don't include this artificial things in the food.

One of the most friendliest staff I have seen . Very professional. However if you are in bad luck large parties smoking and drinking loudly can spoil if you are going with family . They should have separate smoking zone or not allow

It’s an average restaurant—don’t be misled by the outer shine. The food is overpriced for the portions served. Non-veg mains cost around ₹460, which feels excessive given the quantity and taste. I don’t mind paying a premium for truly premium food, but that’s not the case at Zoro.

Tried a new place in Nallagandla but honestly, it was disappointing. The food was below average, and most of the drinks listed on the menu weren’t even available. They had live performances, but it turned out to be just karaoke, which wasn’t great either. Definitely not planning to visit again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I am visited yesterday with my frnds management and staff is too good and they are very friendly to the coustmers and taste is memorable don't miss the experience wait time is 5 to 10 minutes special dish chandhramukhi fry.. and special gulabjamun with ice cream...

Worst experience.Very disappointing experience. Almost nothing was available, and for whatever little was there, everything was separately chargeable. The food quality was poor, taste was bad, and the pricing felt unreasonable for what was offered. Definitely not worth the money and would not recommend.

Ambience was good, but when is comes to food portion size was too less. Mutton curry barely had any meat and was full of bone. Chicken didn't seem to be fresh. Fish was okay.

I have ordered special chicken biryani from this restaurant i have recieved worst biryani i never had before spl chicken biryani means they give dum biryani with half cooked chicken 65 and spoiled egg very worst experience

****The experience was terrible.**** 1. The staff lacked professionalism and seemed completely untrained. Roadside dabas are at least better and faster than this. 2. The order was repeated four times, but the staff seemed to not take notes. Instead, they would just recall what was ordered and then come back to confirm the order. However, even after repeating the order several times and specifically asking what was available at the time of placing it, they eventually came back to say that the item was unavailable. One of the most pathetic experiences Was hoping for a small friends gathering. It could have been embarrassing, thankfully we tried beforehand. Never visiting again.

The food was great and live music really created nice vibe..our server kumari and chanchal made sure that we would have a pleasant time. Will definitely visit again.

I recently visited your restaurant and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered chicken tikka, but it was served in gravy and did not taste like authentic chicken tikka at all. The fish fingers were excessively roasted in oil, had an unpleasant taste, and the fish itself had a foul smell, which was extremely concerning. Additionally, we ordered a mocktail that contained about 75% ice and only 25% juice, which was unacceptable for the price charged. We have taken this into the notice of the person who served us food but he looks to be least bothered. There was no explanation from him and tried to ignore the conversation. Overall, it was a pathetic experience, and I strongly suggest that the management reconsiders the quality and preparation of the food being served. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements.

Food is okay. Service can be improved abit. Lot of servers are there but they need to be trained to help not just show. Atmosphere is good.

Food was smelly and worst ever experience. Horrible dinning place to visit. Please care for customers
