I bought my first home from signature global in gurgaon which is under construction through Prashant Kumar and Amit Jangda and so far the experience was good. I received the correct details on the project and unit, no fake promises were made. I am hoping this will be maintained throughout the complete process and I will receive my purchased home on time in good quality with smooth complete paper work. Feedback for Signature Global and Team: 1. Please provide construction updates on the unit along with project overall construction updates in each quarter end through mail, today we are not receiving any construction update from the company, When I dropped mail to the signature global CRM team for construction updates I received generic mail with a signature global website link to get a construction update. That link doesn't have an update on the unit it just has some generic pictures of construction. What as a customer we want is updates on the purchased unit in each quarter so that we will be informed if there is any delay in delivering the project on time.
