I used their services to move my brand new furniture from Karachi to Rawalpindi. At the time of placing order, they promised that they will use container to transport from KHI to RWP and will drop at my doorstep. But they didn't use container as promised but used some open Shehzore/truck and moved my luggage between vehicles twice before reaching my home. Eventually when it reached, there were scratches on the wood of the furniture, part of my furniture was exposed whereas it was handed over to them in fully packed form in KHI. Their contact person Waqar is a nice & polite guy who always picked the calls but sadly he didn't live up to the promise he made initially.

Excellent packing. Courteous staff. Well communicated and coordinated. Delivery done well before expected time and at doorstep. Would definitely recommend.. Location in Bahria Town is incorrect. Call on their number for further details.

They commit, put customer in bad situation by consuming all given time to reach on location and finally refuse to give services. Highly disappointing. Look for better providers dear customers.

They did a great job with one day's notice, came on time, worked hard, efficient and polite, nothing damaged and delivered a promised 😊
