Zudio - Phoenix Marketcity Mall, Mumbai

I recently visited Zudio in Kurla Market city it’s a really good place for shopping! The store has a great collection at affordable prices, and the staff were polite and helpful. The overall vibe is trendy and organized, making it easy to find what you’re looking for. Definitely worth visiting if you’re around Kurla!

Clothes are good. Affordable. Haven't tried many makeup products but their juicy shine lip gloss—the one in the tube is not what you should buy. In the initial period i loved it but now after around 4 months, the gloss comes out of the applicator without even pressing it. The formulation is too thick and oily. Like it doesn't even get off with DETERGENT!! Not even soap ot face wash. Once I tried to open it and it got on my white tshirt. The stain was so difficult to get rid off. Don't buy it unless you have another tube or bottle ready to transfer the gloss into.

Very rude with customers. The helper in the fitting room whose name was probably ARCHITA doesn't help a bit and is just wanting the customers to do all the work for her. She was extremely rude and didnt care about the customers at all. Even the people on the floor do not let the customers shop in peace and are constantly nagging and getting behind. They overpopulate the stores with stuff and when clothes from hangers fall, they shout at customers as if its their fault. Its saddening to see such poor customer service from a store like Zudio , that too in a premium mall. Wont recommend going here ever to anyone and not coming back here again.

Worst experience at Zudio Kurla store. I purchased one pair of shoes that were kept together as a set. I tried only the left shoe, which fit perfectly. During billing, one of the executives checked and found that the shoe sizes were different—one was size 40 and the other was size 41. The payment was already completed, so they asked me to go to the exchange counter. The staff searched for the correct size, but the same size was not available anywhere in the store. It was clearly a mistake, as two different sizes were kept together. Eventually, they refunded my money, but the main issue is that I wasted almost 2 hours because of this mistake. Suggestion: Please ensure shoe sizes are properly checked and matched before billing to avoid wasting customers’ time.

This has new trendy fashion wear with wide variety of options for men, women and children. They have changing rooms for men and women. You will have to wait for your turn to use the changing room when it is crowded. Similarly you will have to wait for billing as well in long queue during their sale period. You might have difficulty using your gpay as there is low network near the billing counter.

Zudio is favourite name for shop clothes now. Any one can buy any type of clothes. Latest and trend cloth for men,women and also for kids

One of the pathetic service i had ever received from such renowned store. I had purchased 6 item from zudio store kurla. I wanted to exchange one of the product however I had failed to do so. When I had purchased I was been assured that I will get the invoice copy on my WhatsApp which the store has failed to provide. Secondly I have been continuously following up over an email just for one invoice which the company has failed to response. It's been now 10days so far. All the relevant details including the transaction details has been provided, but i think their system is not working or may be they are unable to find the same when the IT has gone way ahead. I would recommend that please do not trust these people in store take the hard copy for invoice before leaving the store. You will never ever get on WhatsApp and these people will make you wait ages to get the query resolved.

Affordable & trendy, good value for the price, vibrant store vibe, with multiple items and new arrivals, shopping here feels fun and energetic

This is the perfect stop for all your fashion needs here you can get almost the same design to the trends at that time at a very good/affordable price in comparison to big brands. Please prefer weekdays over weekends because it becomes very crowdy...

Zudio stands out with its straightforward pricing—seeing "Shirts 399/-" feels more genuine than a "50% off" tag on an inflated price, as seen in other stores. The prices are indeed lower than Westside, another Tata brand, but the quality is just average. The store was quite crowded even on a weekday, with 10-minute queues at both the trial room and billing counters. Given the experience, I’ll likely avoid shopping here in the future.

Nice outlet from Tata group. Quality products at reasonable price, all made in India. Must try.

Better designs with minimum price great store and staffs good for people who prefer quantity over quality because the quality is still questionable but designs are good. Friendly staffs and security guard are very humble and polite

Everything is good but its just that the payment counters are very very slow. Most of them don't work and others are slow. I had to stand for almost 50 minutes when there were only 3 people ahead of me

Get everything cheapest here but at best quality, no complaints. Happy with everything including nail paints, body mists, shower gel, deo, makeup wipes, lipsticks, lipgloss, blush, eyeliners, the shoes are amazing and can't forget their 4 in 1 nail paint packs. The best 💯

Moderate variety of cloths are available. Cloths are average quality and affordable. Avoid during weekends and holiday because of rush.

Zudio’s clothing segment is comparatively good according to the price range but the texture is not at all good of their lipsticks. It is always crowded

Worst collections and very much low quality products but if people want something in budget then they can visit zudio but still it's a waste of money and time visiting zudio
