There was no proper queuing system in place, and both female cashiers were quite rude. The experience felt very disorganized and unprofessional — definitely needs improvement in customer service and management.

Just below the average experience at this location . first and last time visiting . Broken products on the shelves like body mists and fragrance bottles . Paying so much for broken stuff needs more attention and care from staff .

It was great for family shopping and if you like to save money but also want good material cloths then must visit🤩 everything is on cheap rate you can buy cosmetics clothings accessories and shoes many more .. must visit place

Good place for those who do not want to spend much on clothes or footwear or anything else. Prices are reasonable and can be afforded by anyone. But for a brand person like me, the fabric of the clothes was not good and even the footwear wasn't comfortable. I purchased few makeup products but they are also not good after using. So if you are like purchasing anything for one time use, Zudio is the best place to visit. However, if you want comfortability and something for daily basis use then it is not the right place.

Definitely pathetic staff, reached Zudio at 9:00 PM Obviously anyone can understand that each store has its own timings but I was right on door just about to enter & the gate staff asked me to step out & closed the door on my face. A verbal cue or request that we are closed for business would have been a symbol of professionalism. Other people inside were still shopping normal customer centric/ service oriented person would have allowed the people on gate to enter as we were only 3 persons on the gate & then closed the entry. But big NO we have hired so pathetic & inefficient staff that we lack the basic manners.

The staff is really ignorant , they dont even pay attention when called . They hardly pay attention to any customer . They arent even concerned about the condition of the store . Its all

Pathetic staff. Changing room guys ask you to properly fold the clothes after trials, is rude and has no manners how to speak. They want their tasks to be done by customers. Worst zudio experience I have had in multiple cities.Manager who is managing such staff has either allowed such behavior or is unaware of this kind of behavior.

Only makeup items are at good price The clothes I didn't like them everyone's taste is different...visit if u wish

Most of Fabric is not skin friendly,it's irritating. Fashionable clothes in high quantity,but less in quality products.

At billing counter they are giving the item (clothes) unfolded. It seems that we are buying from any cheep shop. Atleast normal shopkeeper didn't do that.
