Zudio - Erattupetta

Disappointed with Lack of Complimentary Carry Bag I purchased items from Zudio Erattupetta today, but the staff did not provide a free carry bag. When asked, I was told bags are chargeable. This was unexpected and felt inconvenient. And the lack of proffesionalism.... Please consider reinstating complimentary bags or making the policy clearer at checkout.

Extremely poor customer service experience. The staff were rude, uninterested, and not helpful at all. What made it worse was seeing staff members standing together gossiping and commenting about customers who were actively shopping in the store. Completely unprofessional and uncomfortable behavior. Honestly, even a street vendor shows far better customer service and respect toward customers than this. The store management seriously needs to improve staff behavior, professionalism, and customer handling. Very disappointing experience at Zudio.

All value for money items. Pretty much everything. Dress, perfumes, chappals etc. for men and women. Parking as well as washroom facility is there. Not recommended for luxury goods. Value for money and non unique items.

I am very disappointed with the customer service at zudio Erattupetta. We purchased an item yesterday, but the experience was unpleasant. The billing staff behaved very rudely and did not show even basic customer manners. Proper customer service and respectful communication are very important, and unfortunately, we did not receive that here. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their staff behavior in the future.

The staff are completely useless and don’t know how to behave with customers. They treat people like beggars instead of paying customers. The first-floor cash counter is almost always closed — clearly no professionalism or basic ethics here. Very poor and unprofessional experience. Avoid if you value basic respect.

Very bad customer service. I've ordered product worth 1000 rupees and I requested the billing staff to remove one of the products I've ordered because the price is not that I expected. However she is being racist and told that she can't remove from the list . However I haven't paid yet . Hence I haven’t bought anything .Very bad experience.

I had a wonderful experience at Zudio Erattupetta! The store has a huge collection and a very calm, clean, and pleasant atmosphere. The trial rooms are perfectly maintained, and I love that they let us try as many outfits as we want without any restrictions. The staff are extremely friendly and polite, and the billing process was quick and smooth. Overall, it’s one of the best places to shop near my home. I always feel comfortable here and truly love this store! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Very disappointing experience at Zudio Erattupetta. Very bad staff behavior. Employees are rude, unhelpful, and don’t care about customers at all. Worst experience. Staff were not helpful and seemed uninterested when asked for assistance. Billing took a long time even though there were only a few customers. Overall, the quality of service does not match the brand’s reputation. Definitely needs improvement in customer service and store management.

Everyone's saying GPay isn't working, but from my personal experience, there were no issues. Maybe the store was newly opened, or they weren't fully functional when others visited. I had no problems with staff behavior or payment methods. However, I did notice some issues: the cash counter wasn't fully functional, and with only two staff members, I had to wait a long time. At the perfume section, even the sealed bottles were opened, not just the testers. The footwear section had shoes arranged by same size, rather than displaying all sizes. Staff seemed okay, but arranging items properly could be improved.

Zudio Erattupetta offers trendy, affordable clothing with a wide variety and decent quality for the price. The store can get crowded, but the staff is generally helpful. It has a convenient location. A good place for budget-friendly fashion. .

This is a great option when u are looking for modern style ready made trendy clothwear in Erattupetta. It has all the latest style.The main focus is on casual and trendy wear. Very good ambience. Staff are helpful and knows fashion trends. It has options for women and children as well.Overall a good shopping experience.

Bad experience here 18/04/2025 6.15 pm. In the frontage of this store the slope between road and parking are are not constructed properly Car front bumper carshed at floor. not only mine I sawseveral cars front bumper crashed in floor * And second problem I was faced there I paid by cash billing staff told me can't give bill now bill send by whatsapp and give my contact📞 number But at the exit point their security alarm make noice when i pass thrugh it. And a staff suddenly come and ask me bill .but i don't get bill by Whatapp or hard copy on that time . Then then the security staff taken back the purchased item and again go to billing counter to check my genuinty😒 . They charge 10 rupees for their cover If we are not additionally purchase it items hold by hand

Good collections but need to update.. Im very disappointed with the payment system! Like other reviews, there was huge prob in payment... There was srrver issue and both cards and gpay wasnt working, but the staff didnt inform it either and had to wait for half n hr! And there was no nearby atm! Atlast after going to an atm which was little far, i fetched money and it cost me 20 mins and then their UPI worked 🙄.. And there was delay in billing also.... Pls do something, dont waste customer's precious time

Erattupetta Zudio service was bad and the behaviour of your staff is really bad. I had faced a worst experience yesterday. Change your staff's immediately. They are not doing their job clearly.Thankyou!
