We celebrated my son’s birthday at Adventure Park Dubai Hills Mall, and everything was absolutely wonderful. The whole team was amazing, friendly, helpful, and very well organized. A special thank you to the lovely lady who welcomed and guided us at the beginning. Unfortunately, I don’t remember her name, but she was extremely kind, patient, and helpful, and she made the start of the party very smooth for us. I also want to thank Poojani, Jenny, Punam, and Neha for their great service and support. The kids had a fantastic time, and the party was handled beautifully from start to finish. Thank you to the whole Adventure Park team. You truly made my son’s birthday special. Highly recommended!

We recently celebrated a birthday at Adventure Park and had a great experience overall. The Stitch and Angel theme setup was beautiful, and the team did a wonderful job preparing the venue and assisting us. Everything was well-organized and completed on time, even with a tight schedule, which made the party smooth and stress-free. The kids especially loved the activities—they had so much fun! One small suggestion would be to have more staff in the activity areas to better assist the kids during playtime. Thank you to Poojani, Punam, Jenny, and Neha for helping make the celebration so memorable.

Adventure Park at Dubai Hills Mall is an absolute must-visit! The variety of activities keeps both kids and adults fully entertained, from climbing walls to obstacle courses. Everything is well-maintained, clean, and very safe, with attentive staff always ready to help. The atmosphere is energetic and fun, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. Booking was easy, and the overall experience felt well-organized. Definitely one of the best indoor adventure spots in Dubai — highly recommended!

I found in them great care, warm smiles, and real effort in helping the children. I wish them continued success and hope they maintain the same quality of service. We will definitely be coming back again, as my daughters truly enjoyed their time here.

Had such a great time at Adventure Park in Dubai Hills! The whole experience was so much fun, and the staff really made it even better. Everyone there was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout. Especially when things got a bit scary, they were always there to reassure us and keep us going. Such a friendly and kind team, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I’m really sorry I couldn’t include names as they got deleted, but you all know who you are thank you! One small note the cave slide was fun, but it did hurt our knees a bit, so it might be helpful if they could provide something to protect them or make it more comfortable. Overall, a really enjoyable day and definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for a fun adventure!

Even though we brought the decorations quite late, they managed everything smoothly and set up the celebration area in a very professional way. The final setup looked exactly how we had imagined it. Special thanks to the wonderful manager Ms. Heba and her amazing team: Ms. Poojani, Ms. Punam, Ms. Jenny J., and Ms. Neha for their outstanding support and cooperation. We had an amazing time at Adventure Park in Dubai Hills Mall. The park is clean, well organized, and full of exciting activities for children. The climbing walls, obstacle courses, and play zones kept the kids entertained for hours. A special thank you to Miss Stela, Merissa, and Joan for their excellent customer service, friendly attitude, and genuine care. They made our visit extra special and ensured the children had a wonderful experience. Highly recommended for families looking for a fun indoor adventure in Dubai.

Had such a wonderful experience at the adventure park today! Huge thank you to Patrik, Santan, Yinyin and Peter for being so kind, attentive and amazing with the kid.They all did such a great job making the experience fun, safe and enjoyable from start to finish. The place itself is fantastic — very clean, well-organized and full of exciting activities that kept the children active and happy the whole time. The staff were patient, energetic and really created such a positive atmosphere. You can truly see how much effort the team puts into making every child feel encouraged and confident. We had a lovely experience at the park thanks to May Merisa. My daughter had been waiting in the queue for quite a while, and although the rules were clearly followed, she handled the situation with understanding and kindness. She was patient, fair, and very helpful, which made a big difference to my daughter’s experience. It’s always appreciated to see staff who balance professionalism with genuine care. Thank you for making her day special!

May and Mariss and the tall guy in the wall climbing section today (I forgot his name) very patient, professional and friendly. My girls were happy safe and I was very pleased by the service starting from the door. To be honest every staff is trained properly on how to handle kids and parents. We will definitely keep coming back. Thank you

Very well maintained facility. Every after activity they give sanitizer to kids to keep them safe and well. The staffs are well trained and very hands on with the kids, making sure they are safe and at the same time enjoying their time. Thanks to Merissa, May, Meden and Rebecca of sky park junior for looking after my kid! Highly appreciate and recommended!

Amazing place. Clean and fun! So much to do. Rock climbing guys are amazing! Joan and Ciara were so good with little Max. Definitely recommend!!

Fun place. Although my 4.6 year old really only wanted to be in Ninja Park and trampolines for a bit. Shenila from Ninja Park for was very friendly and supportive with my son who was a bit unsure in the beginning. Generally all the staff we encountered were lovely.

I’d like to leave a special compliment for one of the staff members at the children’s play area. She was incredibly patient, friendly, and always had a warm smile on her face. What really touched me was that after my son entered the playground, she proactively helped him change into a clean pair of socks without me even asking. It was such a thoughtful and caring gesture, and it made us feel truly welcomed. Staff like her make a huge difference. It's an amazing indoor experience park, especially the staff at the CAVE MAZE, Mis poojani, jaspreet, sanjana made sure my little one is comfy and the three kids enjoyed. Thank you so much. Looking forward to more visits.

We visited adventure park @Dubai Hills Mall. And for rock climbing, my son went twice. Special thanks to Joan, Nabeel, Mark and Jomar for helping out kids and giving proper instructions. We are definitely coming back. Besides this we really liked sky park junior. Staff is great here !!!

We had a wonderful time at the Adventure Park! The place is beautiful and very well organized. The staff are extremely attentive and make sure the children are always safe.
